Good way to get nitric oxide without eating a lot of beets.

Give it a try.
It’s easy to swallow. My blood pressure goes up and down but it doesn’t change anything. Mood improvement, I wouldn’t say it changed anything. Effectivity wise, I can’t say anything further but it helps when you will workout an hour before the time. It is bland to taste.

Can make you dizzy lightheaded , not best for ED.
Just so you all know for me , I taking it on empty stomach as suggested I been getting light headed and dizziness from this product. I am taking it for ED, I don’t think it’s very effective if you are getting dizzy from it , I say if you must take it , take with food for blood pressure, I don’t have issues with Blood pressure . I am discontinuing uses , due to the side effects myself .
