Great device

Accurate BP monitor
I had a wrist BP monitor and sometimes it would give me an error in the readings. When I would go to the doctor I would get readings like 130/90, assumed it was the whitecoat effect. I purchased this BP monitor and compared my readings to my wrist monitor. It was 20mm more on my top and bottom number with this monitor. This monitor is close to the readings I get at the Dr. office. My Dr. put me on low dose meds to keep it in check. Most of the time it’s in normal range without the meds, occasionally I would get high readings days in a row. If I use the wrist monitor I would add about 20 mm more to the bottom number, the top is pretty close to accurate.

Accurate and almost easy to read; App and sync need a little work
I want to get the bad things out of the way first because there are a lot of good things with this unit!Cons:- Not sure why, but when it fails to sync to the app, you seem to lose all of those readings.- Their app doesn’t let you manually input values in at all for blood pressure. (Hoping they can at least make this happen for the next version of the app!)- Screen has a glare to it making it somewhat harder to read in certain lighting.Pros:- The instructions are SPOT ON! (I know someone mentioned that the instructions were terrible, and I’m wondering if they have updated those since then because the instructions I have were perfect.)- Battery life is GREAT! Uses AAA batteries that seem to last through multiple readings.- The screen lights up in different colors indicating if your BP is good, bad, or in the middle. Green is good! Amber is “could be better”. Red? Well… I haven’t seen that color yet except when it errors out because I put the cuff on wrong or it can’t find the artery.- It CAN be used on either arm even though the cuff and instructions tell you to use it on your LEFT arm. I’ve tried both and had no issues on either.- The app, when it works, shows the information in an easy-to-read format and has options to export a copy of the information as a CSV (text), XLS (Excel), or PDF (formatted) file. It also has an option to SHARE the information with someone, but I haven’t tried this yet.- The data it collects is tagged with the date and time which is VERY helpful!Indifferent views and other opinions:- The cuff and setup are not very convenient, but I was expecting what I got.- I wish it came with a carry bag or travel hard shell so that I could travel with it without worry.Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this particular product!!

Finally a reliable home monitor—great for peace of mind
I purchased this automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor about a month ago, and I’m really impressed. The readings seem much more consistent than the older cuff I was using, and setting it up was straightforward.What I liked:The arm cuff fits well, and the display is large and easy to read when I sit down after work.It stores past readings (I can see the last 50 measurements) which helps me track my pressure over the week.It has an irregular-heartbeat indicator and a simple color-coded “risk” bar, so I can tell at a glance if the reading is in a safe zone.Things to watch out for:Make sure you’re sitting quietly for at least five minutes and your arm is supported on a table, because I noticed one reading was higher when I took it right after standing up.Double-check the cuff size for your upper arm — having a cuff that’s too small or too big skewed my first few readings until I swapped to the correct size.Overall:For the price, this monitor gives excellent value. If you want to monitor your blood pressure at home (especially if you’ve been told you have elevated BP or if you’re tracking it for health reasons), then I’d recommend one like this.

Not as easy to setup as the wrist cuff but absolutely perfect and for me, good price. Simple easy and accurate. Even provide battery. Always been impressed with the quality.
