These are small so easy to swallow and no taste. These definitely help with my hormones a bit and I believe it’s helped me lose a few pounds

This stuff is the truth! I’ve taken this for a few months due to having terrible PCOS symptoms. Since taking my symptoms went away and my quality of life improved. & conceived a baby. This stuff is great for the pcos girlies. Easy to take and use daily and does not leave a harsh taste. Helps with energy levels and overall mood.

Quick acting
Please make this in just powder so it’s more affordable. Anyways I ran out and thought I’d switch to another brand that was powder and didn’t work. I got this overnight and within hours kickstarted period. If I stay on this with no lapses, cycle is regular but if I skip it for weeks and start it that’s when it jump starts period so maybe schedule accordingly . Anyways really works and I only really need 1 or 2 a day to avoid symptoms but plenty of people take much more. Idk what sorcery is in this but it’s so quick acting. No idea why other brand didn’t work because it was same ingredient. I have tried chiro myo type but didn’t like how I felt so you might have to try out a few before deciding. It does work extremely fast for me but give a month since everyone is different.

I’ve never taken Inositol before, this is my first time trying it. I was reading about the benefits of it and bought this brand because I take a lot of their products and they are quality products.Since this is my first time using, I’m thinking that they are helping me? But in all fairness, I’m going to have to use them for a few more months before I can really give them a fair rating. But at this point, I’m giving them a 4 star?

I took half a dose & couldn’t keep my eyes open for the day…which is terrible when you take it in the AM & have a whole day’s worth of work to do!I might switch to taking it at night instead. I’m using it for thyroid issues & possible insulin resistance issues.
