I love the way this tastes and I don’t have to swallow the usual 5 pills to get all that I need. However, I find myself needing to take both this AND 3 of the pills. 8 droppers a day is going to make this bottle last a week. If 500mg is all you need then this is perfect for you!

It’s got a good taste !
It’s a little early to tell, what I think is really happening or not happening. Most supplements need about six weeks or more to start showing improvement or how they can function for you. I would recommend looking up Inositol on web MD and you’ll be able to find the various uses and if this product may or may not be right for you.I will say that it very well could be a placebo effect, but when I take this under the tongue in the morning before work I find my day has just been a little better. I’m not talking everything is rainbows and sunshine, but I haven’t let some of the small everyday things get to me so easily. The dropper is handy and has markings for how much liquid you are picking up at one time, rather than guessing if a whole dropper is a serving or what the situation is. You are in control of how much you take and know what you’re getting.The bottle says you can add this to pretty much anything, take it under the tongue and on food like a salad – odd choice but I suppose that works. I just like to do it under the tongue. I for sure thought the taste was going to be gross, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I first tried it. It’s a berry flavor for sure, it’s bright and slightly effervescent. It reminds me of something and I just can’t put my finger on it. When I am out of this bottle I do feel like I am going to continue with it. So far, I like it and want to see if there are long term improvements.

It does make a difference.
Thought I would try it after reading info. about the ingredients on NIH and other medical sites. Many articles/medical abstracts about ingredients. I was very skeptical about it helping but thought it might be worth a try.I ordered it and now I am on my second bottle. Towards the end of the first bottle, I definitely noticed a difference in how I felt. It does make a difference in my energy level(was pleasantly surprised) and helps keep my blood glucose easily within the range it needs to be.
