A great quality Matcha!!!!
This is one of the most amazing well flavored and great quality matcha I have found at such a great price. The matcha has a vibrant green color as general good quality matcha does and gives a really great taste. The texture of the matcha is also really great. I would definitely keep on buying this again and again and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

To avoid clumping — do this
This is great matcha, especially for the price. I was turned onto it by a former student who grew up with this matcha.To avoid clumps, sift it first, then add water, then slowly mix with your chasen — slowly slowly around and around. Give it a moment to absorb the water before you begin fast-whisking.This way you’ll get that beautiful foamy layer on top and no clumps.

Pleasantly surprised.
This is my first time ever writing a review on anything! I needed to cut back on my budget so I looked for low cost matches. I tried 4 different brands all low cost and this one is as good or better than many mid tiers I’ve tried over the years. Great in my morning lattes.

Good beginner’s matcha
Good for beginners and for those looking to try matcha. It has a good earthy flavor when mixed with milk. Would not drink it alone as it’s too bitter. It’s perfect for matcha lattes however. My only wish is for more product in the bag

Addressing the “clumping”
First try:Beautiful color for a great price. I love that it’s a product of Japan. I use matcha mainly for matcha lattes and the taste was great! Much better than my previous cheaper Amazon matcha powder. Though, as some of the reviews suggested, it does need to be very well whisked. My standard whisk resulted in a few matcha powder clumps in my iced latte.Second try: I read on Google that clumping is “usually a sign of high-quality matcha.” In fact, when you buy a traditional matcha set, it will come with a fine mesh seive. You are supposed to sift matcha to break up the clumps.After sifting and whisking with hot water, there were zero clumps in my matcha latte! It came out perfect. I think I found my new favorite matcha powder. Great quality and great price.

Best matcha powder for the price.
The BEST matcha powder. The aroma is quite earthy just like a real matcha, and it has a good caffeine kick as well. I used a chasen with some hot water, and it didn’t clump at all and blended easily. Now, while it might not be the fanciest matcha powder or the most ceremonial, i can tell you it gave me the best color, taste, health benefits that I’ve ever had. So in conclusion, this is the best matcha powder you can get for this price.

This is a great matcha for the price. I have it every morning in place of coffee. While I love higher quality matcha powder, I just cannot afford to spend $30 for 40g of matcha. This tastes great and is much more reasonable cost wise. I enjoy it.Just make sure the shipping is done through amazon. The package I got was delayed multiple times and when it did arrive, it wascovered in what I assume was gasoline. I am totally fine with the product itself, I order this matcha regularly. I am unsure of what went on during transit. The help I got in trying to sort this matter out was pretty limited as you cannot return food items. I wish I could order a new one, but the larger option appears to only be offered by outside vendors.
