Good stim free workout for the price. Great if you are sensitive to caffeine or work out at night. Tastes decent and not too artificial. Only issue is I find that it can mess with your stomach sometimes. I find it’s best to take 20-30 min before and let your stomach digest it before working out otherwise you feel naseous. Okay pump no stinging/itching feeling.

Pineapple flavor is obscenely disgusting
The pineapple flavor is godawful, it will leave a disgusting aftertaste in your throat for hours. Don’t even think about dry scooping this cause it doesn’t dissolve well, the powder doesn’t mix well with a cup of water. The consistency is chalky unless you add more water, you’d have to use a shaker bottle to get it blended in smooth. Other preworkout I’ve tried never had this issue, most of the competitors will dissolve & mix smoothly in the water. The effects of the preworkout are good, it will give you a nice pump and I’ve noticed more focus in workouts. But the quality isn’t there with this preworkout, I found multiple foreign particles in the powder, it’s low quality. They need to increase the quality control, you can tell just by looking inside that it’s bottom of the barrel ingredients & purity. Also I wish they would add beta-alaine to this formula.

Is it safe to use?
Nasty, chunky looking product. Shook it and the product didn’t breakup. It looks as if they filled the container while the product was still wet. Very disappointed,

UPDATE: As a result of my initial 3-Star review, the guys reached out to me and we began a dialogue over the problems I’ve been having and are working with me to find a solution that hopefully works for me.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tastes good, but doesn’t seem as potent as it used to be. Doesn’t help with the pump that much. Don’t know what’s different.
