Using this to help with leg cramps during a night’s sleep. Definitely need to take after dinner and about 1 hour before going to bed. Downside is that it may cause an upset stomach.

I bought this product in hopes that i could more quality sleep and i could relax, they say it’s a high absorption product, however it doesn’t work, I feel that i didn’t take anything. this is a useless product.
