How do I clean my Malu chair?
The chair cover is washable and the headrest is fully removable from the cover. You can wash the fabric portions of the chair cover and wipe the headrest with a damp cloth to clean.
How do I adjust the chair to various positions?
Start completely flat. Once flat, raise the chair gradually from the headrest side & it’ll make audible clicks as it adjusts into the different positions. 90 degrees is the last setting. Continue pushing the chair past this point until it’s folded.

Sturdy & Comfortable
Man this thing is sturdy!I was not expecting it to hold up but it’s quite strong, even for a full grown man. (You can’t sleep on it, at least I haven’t tried yet haha, but it’s enough to provide back relief and allows you to relax without fear of it collapsing back)Pros:- Can hold a decent amount of weight via the back support- Comfortable- Easy to adjust- Durability decent ( As long as you take care of it, especially the Velcro strap.- PortabilityCons:- It is quite bulky, so it’s hard to fit in a suitcase for traveling.

Great Chair for Ground Sitting!
I bought this chair because I like to sit in the floor while I do homework, but wanted something that gave me cushioning on my butt and supported my back. With this chair I may as well be sitting on the floor still. I can feel the metal running through the inside of the chair while I’m using it and the back doesn’t stay up unless it’s up against a wall. It may work for small (and I mean like 2-3 year olds) children, but anyone over the age of 5 and this chair is a complete waste of money. Even my 13 year old can’t use it………..after my review I heard from the company and Matt could not have been any nicer to me. He wanted to know what exactly my problems were and what he could do to rectify it. Currently I am waiting for a replacement chair and will update my review accordingly, but I did change my rating to 3 stars from 1 based on the customer service alone. It’s an amazing breath of fresh air to purchase from a company that actually cares about its product and the customers purchasing it. Thank you, Matt!…….update 3……after receiving my new chair I am very pleased! It’s bigger than the last one and the padding/cushioning is much better!! I no longer feel the bars running through the chair, it’s just nice and comfy to sit on. I can sit this chair wherever I want and it works perfectly. With this updated version, I would recommend to anyone. The chair is perfect and the customer service from Malu can not be beaten!!! I would purchase this again no problem!

great floor seat overall
I’ve been eyeing floor seats for a while now and finally decided to make the purchase with these because I like that it’s more cushioned than most of the other ones I’ve seen around amazon and I can pull off the covers for wash. I haven’t needed to do this yet, but will report back after a few more weeks of using these chairs.I bought 2 and so far, they’ve been a great hit with the fam and friends! For my men who are on the heavier and taller side, I’ve gotten comments that when you lean back, it almost feels as if you can break the back or flip because it’s more top heavy than bottom heavy, BUT this isn’t an issue for everyone and can be resolved if you lay your feet down on the floor to stabilize the bottom half of the seat.It’s pretty comfy if you’re sitting for a few hours but I do find myself shifting around just so my bottom doesn’t go numb or my back doesn’t begin hurting. Support and sturdiness wise, they’re also great, so no complaints yet of anything breaking!

Adjustable, Supportive, Well-Made!
I’m truly impressed with the Malu floor chair. First off, its cover is removable & machine washable. What I love the most is that it’s padded & adjustable (5 ways, including a flat lay) making it customizable for personalized comfort & use! I see a chiropractor for my back so, it’s key to stretch, this makes the process much more bearable.Thus far I’ve used it for: meditation, stretching, fitness, & playing with my 3yr old on the floor — but, I also look forward to taking it with me to local sporting events, to make the bleachers extra comfortable + camping trips! Would love for them to come out with a beach friendly version too.It doesn’t come with an additional carrying case, which typically makes these bulkier AND one more thing to keep track of. Its “case” is cleverly built in — the black (leather like) back rest / protector velcros off from the inside so that when you close the unit, it attaches itself to the outside to keep closed & the adjustable carrying handle is attached. (see clip for visual of this)Would love for this to come in a meditative sage green color too but, if my only qualm is the color choices — I’d say it’s a winner!! ☺️

Reasonable but nothing spectacular
I want to start off with this thing is really well built. The frame is metal and sturdy, and the cloth materials feel very durable. I don’t expect this to break any time soon.My issue is that the foam that makes up the actual cushion of the seat isn’t great. It doesn’t offer much resistance and you pretty much sit right to the floor. If you’re looking for something to support your back more, this is great as the structure of the seat is really good. But if you want something to be comfy, this isn’t really the best device.I supplement it with a folding office chair cushion with better support and the thing works like a charm. But this thing isn’t cheap so just understand that the foam material isn’t any fancy memory foam, just a regular sort of foam filling.

A must have for parents with little ones!
Bought this to sit on the floor and play with my baby and boy am I glad I did! It offers great support, is comfortable, and fits tall adults (6ft +). I will be recommending this to any of my friends with babies. It’s a back, knee, hip, and everything else saver!

J’ai vue ce genre ce chaise chez mes Grands parents à Tokyo j’ai donc decidé d’en prendre. C’est top et sympas mais on peut sentir l’armature au niveau des fesses, j’ai du ajouter de la mousse.La posture est agreable et est reglable et cela permet de travailler sur une table de salon ou un PC de salon.J’ai aimé ressentir l’ambiance de la maison familiale.

Haben es gekauft um bequem beim Baby am Boden zu sitzen. Erfüllt dafür seinen Zweck, aber schon nach kurzer Zeit ging der Stoff kaputt – die Funktion stört das nicht, aber die Optik – leider nicht sehr haltbar.
