Update after finishing my first bottle: it freaking works! Just before I started taking these I buzzed my hair into a cute, punky cut that I loved. These gummies are responsible for me having to go get it buzzed again after 4 weeks! The dude who cuts my hair was genuinely shocked at how fast it had grown. The girl at my usual bagel place commented on how quickly it was growing out when she saw me after I hadn’t been in for a few weeks. My nails were muuuch less brittle too. I usually had 1 gummy every day but occasionally did take the recommended 2.So, this stuff has my full endorsementOriginal review:I really like this company and because I’ve bought several of their products in the past, I knew that I would like the sort of packaging and aesthetic that they have. It feels very wholesome and friendly, it’s all easy to read and understand. I’ve been a vegetarian for more than 15 years and I am really grateful that I can find great quality, plant-based supplements like this. I don’t mind when gummy vitamins/supplements have sugar but I do like that this one manages to taste good (and doesn’t taste like all the artificial flavors we’re used to in fruit-flavored supplements) without the sugar. I actually feel like the gummies tasted really fresh, which was a surprising thing.In terms of how it works- I’ve been taking them for about a week and I can feel a difference in the strength of my nails. I haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin or hair yet, but I have a good feeling about it.

Not undesirably over sweet like most other gummies
These stevia sweetened sugar free gummies are not obnoxiously sweet like cheaper other gummies I have tried and I prefer that and if you do too you will enjoy them also

Good vitamins, with mediocre taste
I’m only giving these vitamins 4 stars because they don’t taste very good and are a bit sour. That being said, I got used to the taste very quickly and don’t mind it now. They have a faint but pleasant smell. They are easy to digest and don’t irritate my stomach. They haven’t melted whatsoever, unlike all of the other gummy vitamins I’ve tried. They have improved my nail strength and hair thickness. They’re a pretty good value for the money, as you only need to take one per day.

This REALLY works!
I’m 50yo and my hair seemed to be falling out more in the shower and my ponytail seemed thinner. After several months taking suggested amount, I can say my hair fell out much less and my pony felt thicker! I also had a ton of baby hairs start to grow out!! That was actually annoying haha! They taste fine. GREAT PRODUCT!

Stronger nails, luscious hair, glowing skin!
These are excellent! As a person who has a myriad of auto-immune disorders, as well as the MTHFR genetic mutation, I appreciate these vitamins a lot. They are for your hair, skin and nails. I have only taken them for a matter of days and the results are showing clearly with my fingernails already. They taste great! This is also a two-month supply so I would consider them budget-friendly. There are tons of vitamins flooding the market for hair, skin and nails currently. I will continue to trust Mary Ruth’s brand of supplements with my health and I think you should, too. I am writing this strictly from my own experience.

So far I’m very satisfied. After completing one bottle my nails are stronger and white spots have disappeared. The taste and texture of gummies are good as well. I ordered a second bottle.

Overhyped !!!
Have not seen any results yet , but it’s only been a month. The flavor is good. I think the advertisement is over hyped . I know nothing works as fast as the people portray. I’ll give it another two months .
