Great ingredients, great product
I decided to switch to these vitamins after I had my baby because I was feeling very depleted, even with my other prenatals. Within 48 hours of taking these vitamins I noticed a HUGE change in my energy and mood in general. I also noticed an increase in my milk supply. I have never been more sure of a product. They taste great, they do not make me nauseous, the don’t stick together, and the ingredients are top tier. I have switched the whole family to Mary Ruths.

Loved these prenatal compared to the capsules
I wanted to get a prenatal vitamin that didn’t have synthetic folic acid. I love that these are organic compared to other brands that I looked at. They had a great taste (sweet) with a tiny vitamin flavor but nothing terrible. These did not upset my stomach at all. They are like a small chewy candy and easy to swallow. They do not have iron in them so my OB suggested to take an iron supplement. My energy level was okay but I think it was due to having low iron in my blood so I had to take iron supplements. I took these my entire pregnancy and would use them again.

Good product, but dirty packaging.
I’ve been taking these prenatals for the entirety of my pregnancy (30 weeks) and love them – the flavor is good and they do not upset my stomach. But I just got a new container delivered today and the bottle is dirty, stained and had black fuzz around the lid as if this was sitting in the warehouse for a very long time. I was hesitant to even open this bottle and use them, but I was out and the expiration date is still good. They were sealed properly, but the appearance of this really turned me off. I came here to make sure I ordered directly from Amazon’s Mary Ruth store and not a third party vendor and it turns out it is direct from the Mary Ruth’s store. I’m very confused on why this bottle is so dirty looking – not something you want to see when it’s a product you’re ingesting.

These are the best Prenatal/Postnatal Vitamins
I heard about these and thought I’d give them a try. I’m so glad I did. The health benefits are great for both time frames of prenatal and postpartum pregnancy.The smell is neutral which I appreciate. And the taste is exceptional not too sweet so no worries about sugar content.
