The item is as described and works as a roller. My only complaint is it’s all hard plastic. For my use I would like there to be a layer of padding so it’s not quite so harsh when rolling over a boney area.

Quality is nice, it feels nice. It’s really useful after training or really physical activities. The size is just right, it gets the job done and it is easy to pack. It has a much better durability than my last one.

Best for tight muscles and blood flow!
I have used this stick to relieve occasional cramps in my legs after my workouts. I also find it helpful to ease the muscle pain in my lower back and the bursitis in my hip. I like the rollers on it because they give me a deep massage exactly where I need it. My muscles in my back tend to tighten up and this is very helpful. I highly recommend it even if you are not an athlete.

*Very* basic roller, works if you’re not looking for anything too deep. I would go for something different if I could.Absolutely awful if you have hair on your legs as the little roller pieces are not very tight together and when rolling your legs, it will catch on the hair and it will pull it out.

Easy to use on my calves, and really helped get knots out immediately. It’s a lot less awkward than using a normal foam roller and trying to shift back and forth while keeping weight on the calves specifically.
