It’s Great!
I’ve order this 3 times now and it’s been so helpful. I prefer to take it at night. It helps me sleep better and improves my digestion. Doesn’t have any negative side effects that I’ve noticed. 10/10

Helps me fall asleep. I tried the powdered version, but like this much better. Glad they made this in capsule form. Easy to remember to take and no powder mess.

I have order these monthly for my husband and I. They seem to help us sleep. My husband use to get bad cramps in his legs and back and when he takes these consistently he doesn’t get them. It’s good quality.

Effective at first but not anymore
I will say that this product was helpful the first 2-3 months I used it. It helped relieve muscle soreness when I used it before bed, however I don’t think I need the additional supplement and have not noticed the effect in my second purchase of the same product. The capsules are relatively large and have an odd taste and after taste to them. I find it helpful to drink juice after use.
