GREAT to help relieve anxiety and stress
Fantastic stuff!I like that it’s loose powder so I can control how much I take.I first got this to help with PCOS symptoms, but never really noticed anything for it so stopped.Decided to try it again since I still had a lot left and when looking for a dose to try, saw that it could be used for anxiety/stress/depression.It intrigued me bc I was going through a lot of stress at that time so decided to give it a try at the doses I saw suggested. 10-14g. 1tsp for me is about 5-6g so I’ve been doing 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp after dinner and lemme tell you… IT WORKS.I didn’t realize it at first until the next day when it finally dawned on me that I just wasn’t freaking out about the thing that was causing me A LOT of anxiety/stress before. I was close to having panic attacks just thinking about this certain thing and then after taking the inositol… it just isn’t bothering me at all anymore.I wish I had known about this before.You do have to be careful with higher doses bc it can cause some diarrhea, but honestly… worth it to finally not have crippling anxiety anymore.I just mix with a little bit of water and gulp it. Taste is sweet. No weird after taste or anything. Maybe a little grainy if I don’t dissolve it better, but not a big deal.

I purchased this for the amount….the capsules cost too much and I don’t mind mixing in a drink (it mixes well…I don’t notice a taste or smell and I can be very sensitive). I am taking for hormonal balance and better blood sugar control.

Easy to use and effective
My naturopath recommended this for blood sugar control, and I was reluctant to try it simply because over the last couple of decades I have tried so many things, always with limited success. This product moved the needle in a significant way! I’m pleasantly surprised, and I like the ease of simply stirring a scoop of it in a small glass of water each morning. It dissolves easily, has no taste, and is so much easier than taking capsules. I will definitely continue to use this.

Started taking this almost a month now and I take it along with DIM.. be warned that it will throw off your period.. but this cycle I just had went so smooth with minimal pain as I get really bad cramps! Consistency is key !

Very effective for me.
After years of dealing with insulin resistance and PCOS, this supplement has become my best friend along with diet and exercise and it has not taste so easy to drink with water. I been taking it for three months and the hair on my chin has become less noticeable, I have more energy. Overall it’s been very effective for me

Been taking from 7/25 – 11/25. I had no period between 10/24-7/25. I’m a 27 yr old woman, have had irregular periods forever but the last few years I have had maybe 3 periods in a whole year. I have all the pcos symptoms but no diagnosis. Since taking this supplement daily for 4 months I have had 3 FULL, NORMAL, HEALTHY PERIODS. I got my first period the day after I started taking this powder. I had not had a period for 9 months before that point. I am quite consistent with use but there have been a few missed days which I think is why I didn’t get a period in October. I will take this forever. I’m beyond happy my friend recommended this to me. One downside/upside is that my br easts are a lot more sensitive when I’m taking this. Before, I had little to no sensation there. Now they are sometimes so sensitive that it hurts to get cold or carry anything pressing on my chest lol. Cannot believe how effective this has been for me. It’s jump started something in my hormones and totally changed things. Tastes like powdered sugar, I usually just scoop it into my mouth and swish it with some water.
