PCOS ladies !!! This might help with ovulation not just having a cycle!!
This is a great product for women with PCOS that are looking for a supplement that helps with regulating your cycle. (This product is not for everyone and some people might not benefit from it just depends on your personal body chemistry) however for me it’s great because it’s the only inostitol with vitex … vitex is a great way to promote ovulation which can be difficult for women with PCOS like myself… it helped me get my cycleDown to 28 days and helped to conceive my son so I highly recommend if you have PCOS and inositol is something you benefit from and trying to convince adding vitex might (not for sure but might just help)

Hice la prueba con exámenes antes de iniciar a tomarlo y después de tomarlo por 4 meses volví a hacerme exámenes y realmente si funcionó debo recalcar que esto se debe acompañar de una buena alimentación ejercicios y constancia en la toma el máximo de receso es de 7 días si te pasas se pasa el efecto que debe hacer en tu organismo, ojo si estás buscando un embarazo esto no te lo garantiza al 100% solo ayuda con los quistes y regular el periodo

You won’t regret this
I started taking this because I hormones were all over the place. This really helped. I used it for a year, and then in a bid two cut pack spending I found a similar product for much less money so I purchased it and boy do I write about that decision. My skin was horrific, my hormones were more all over the place.I have since going back to using this again

A good Buy
A must for any female who has an irregular cycle or a spotter like me. I take this with another female cycle supplement and they’ve both helped my cycle out amazing. (Warning though, they might trigger your cycle to come sooner than you intended when you start taking them) my cycle is now within a day or two of the same time monthly and it’s only for 1-2 days. The first day though, is an extremely heavy flow day.
