Great for PCOS, sugar cravings, skin, and anxiety relief
I’ve been taking these Myo-Inositol gummies for two months now. At first, I didn’t believe they would make a difference. During the first week I had a bit of a headache and strong sugar cravings, but after that I noticed something amazing — the sugar cravings disappeared, I started to lose some weight, and my skin condition improved.I have PCOS, and since taking these, my periods have become less painful and my anxiety has gone down noticeably. Inositol is also known to support hormonal balance, ovarian health, mood stability, and metabolic function.So far, I’m very happy with these gummies — they taste good, are easy to take, and I can actually see real results.

I think I found a key 🔑
This has a pleasant taste of pineapples. I have been struggling with hormones, muscle aches, & difficulty falling a sleep. This supplement has been a key to unlocking what my body was lacking. I have noticed my weight loss shift past my plato after 1 wk of faithful bedtime use, the ability to fall & stay a sleep and wake rested with out grogginess during the day and have energy during the day to exercise with muscle fatique. Also I dont crave sweets while taking this. Dr approved of the dosing of the inositoL for sugar/ insulin regulation to help with hormones. At this point I would say it is effective, ease in chewing fully to dissolve and drink back with water with NO chalky or residue left on my teeth. The size of the gummy is as expected and easy to chew without difficulty, yellow in color. If your considering trying, please do; it may be the key your looking for to unlock your own potential. I plan to continue taking and will update my review throughout my journey.

I really liked these inositol gummies. They are easy to chew and have a pleasant flavour. I love that they combine Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol along with vitamins and minerals such as D3, zinc and omega-3. In my experience, they have helped me feel more balanced and with better general well-being. In addition, they do not cause stomach discomfort and are a good option for those who prefer supplements in the form of gummies

So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones. I have always struggled with a dark spot underneath my mouth and I always felt insecure about it. Ever since I started taking this vitamin I have noticed it start to become less noticeable & I only been taking it for a week or so. It has all the good vitamins that most of us woman lack like vitamin D, Omega 3, and several other ones. It tastes amazing & easy to swallow too, if you like pineapple you’ll like this vitamin. My energy levels have skyrocketed and I been able to go to sleep a lot easier. I haven’t noticed any hair growth or changes in me losing so much hair because of my pcos. But like I said I been only taking it for a week or so and I see changes. The 1st picture is my face before I started the vitamins and the 2nd picture is after I started taking these vitamins.

Great Product, But Poor Quality Control
I like the flavor of this product, as well as how easy it is to chew & eat. Already noticing positive effects on my mood & insulin resistance. However, this is the 2nd time I have purchased a bottle & realized I was shorted of 1 gummy. While it might not seem like a big deal, this is not an inexpensive medicine, so having to buy extra bottles does add up over time. Overall a great product but I implore the company to resolve that issue.
