Do All You Can, To Stay Healthy
I prefer Nature “Made” Vitamin C because they’re 3rd Party, Independently Tested and verified as real. Nature Made products carry (USP Verification), meaning they’re independently tested for both purity and potency. In other words, they’re not fake or compromised. Others, including another with Natures in it’s name… Is Not third party tested and is not USP Verified. Buyer beware, which is why I rarely catch colds. If you see “Made,” they’re made right. I like being healthy, & I wish you good health as well!

Vitamin is good to keep you from getting a cold, keeps your immune system up. They say chewable, but I haven’t chewed, I had rather swallow. They must be effect because I haven’t got sick, they have 100 in the bottle, I haven’t noticed a taste.

Linus Pauling classified the vitamin C as a miracle drug. All I know is taking it helps keep the lungs clear at least I noticed a difference you can read about this supplement or you can try it and see how it works. Unfortunately, it does not help with creaky bones
