Good supplement, pretty effective
When dieting, it can be easy not to take in enough nutrients to stay healthy, and I’ve been told that hair and nails in particular can suffer problems. Well, these Nature’s Bounty supplements really do help and make a big difference. My nails are much stronger, and my hair does seem to be growing a little better.Essentially, these capsule provide vitamin B support, plus the minerals associated with healthy hair, skin, and nails.The capsules have no taste and are small, they go down very easily. It’s worth noting that the standard dosage is 3 capsules, so a bottle of 150 is a 50 day supply. Fortunately, they’re not expensive and these are a good value for the money, especially if you can get them on sale as I did.As always be sure to tell your medical professionals about any and all supplements you may be taking.

Nice Multi-Vitamin, and made my Nails stronger!
As I got older I decided I probably should be taking a multi-vitamin and decided on this one. It seems to be working, and the combination of whatever makes it “Hair, Skin & Nails” seems to be working. I have weak nails and I noticed fairly quickly that my nails were growing faster and were somewhat stronger. Also noticed my hair seemed to be growing a little faster. I assume all the other vitamins and nutrients are doing whatever they are supposed to be doing inside by body!

I did research, read a lot of reviews, and decided to give Nature’s Bounty Advanced Hair Skin & Nails vitamins a try. Menopause does a number to our bodies, am I right ladies?! My husband has aged 😍 without much work and I have to work very hard to be 😍…lol. My hair lost its umph, my skin looked dull and I had no energy. So, I decided it was time to add a woman’s vitamin to my daily self care routine. I’ve been taking these Nature’s Bounty vitamins every morning for almost a month and have already noticed a difference. Last weekend I met my niece for breakfast and she said I looked different, that my skin had a little glow to it and my hair looked fuller. I had noticed this too, but, because I had only been taking the vitamins a short time, I thought it was just wishful thinking. The research I did said the effects of the vitamins could take up to 3 months to be noticeable, but I’m almost a month in, and I definitely look and feel different. I’m excited to say my skin has a nice subtle glow, my nails are growing, and my hair is already looking healthier. And energy? Omg, I definitely have more energy. I was afraid the vitamins would give me that too much caffeine feeling, and that’s not the kind of energy that makes me feel good. Instead, I have energy because I feel good. None of that speedy feeling, just the desire to get things done. Boy, have I missed that feeling and I’m thrilled to have it back! These Nature’s Bounty vitamins are very easy to take. I take 3 pills, per the directions, every morning with a tall glass of water, followed by my coffee. The bottle is very big and I believe the quantity is enough to last 6 weeks. At $10 a bottle, compared to the cost of other vitamins, it’s a very, very good deal. I subscribed so I can get them shipped automatically because I don’t want to be without them. I have to say, I’m extremely pleased with my Nature’s Bounty vitamin purchase. I’ve only been taking them for a short time, but I’m already feeling like my old self before menopause drained me, and I can’t wait to see how I feel after a few months of feeling the full effects. Ladies, do yourself a favor, buy these vitamins. Your skin and nails will thank you. Your hair will thank you. But, most of all, your body will thank you, because you’ll start feeling better in ways you didn’t realize you weren’t feeling so good. You deserve to be healthy, you deserve to look pretty, to feel pretty, and you deserve to feel your best. Be good to yourself. Buy these vitamins!

A good product, but just “four star” rating due to its strong smell
I accidentally ordered the soft gel version of this Hair, Skin & Nails product, instead of the gummies of this same product which I had previously been taking for some time. I will continue to order the soft gels again if the price of the soft gels continues to be less expensive than the gummies. However I strongly suggest that people take these with a meal–both to avoid the taste / smell of them, and to avoid an upset stomach. Overall, I do note that this product works–I have stronger, longer nails now; my hair seems to be fuller, too.

mine has got stuck together and it shows the poor quality of this product and might be expired, whereas the expiration date mentioned to be 08/2023. its unreliable! Don’t buy!

Best vitamins for hair and nails i have tried so far , after 6 weeks my hair are slowly starting to regrow again and hair loss have been reduced to the minimum.My nails are getting stronger and growing faster.a product to recommend.
