That one needs to be on it for quite awhile. Miracles don’t always happen overnight.
Biotin 10,000 mcg’s ( I personally use 20,000 mcgs in the am and 20,000mcgs at bedtime) has been doing wonders for me. And I only prefer my Biotin by Nature’s Valley. For those who would like to try it I always start at the lowest dose and work my way up, but of course one should only go by the recommended dosage by the manufacturer.

Biotin works good for hair grow. It takes awhile before you start to see results. Now, excellent for your nails they will immediately start to look health Strong and grow rapidly.
