Great natural support for PMS relief!
This supplement has been really helpful in easing my PMS symptoms. I’ve noticed less bloating, fewer mood swings, and overall I feel more balanced during my cycle. I like that it’s hormone-free and made with chasteberry, so it feels like a natural option. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for extra support during that time of the month.

Really works
Prior to my period I was feeling very anxious fatigued and on edge. I notice I was more argumentative if someone did something incorrectly. But after a month of taking these pill. I feel less on edge, less irritable, less bloated, able to remain calm, and less anxious. Hopefully I can stay mellow for a long time on these pills and not acclimated to it.

Works!
I’ve been taking this for over a month and just ordered my 2nd bottle. Relieves bloating. I have pcos so it can be quite uncomfortable. Really helps with that issue, I have less acne, cramping is not as severe. Period seems a little bit lighter. I take this in the evening the magnesium seems to help me sleep at night. Over all good product.

Might work differently for others
I was hopeful about trying this for some PMS relief, but after finishing the bottle, I honestly didn’t feel much of a difference. It’s easy to take and I do like that it’s hormone free and unflavored, but in terms of helping with mood or cramps, it didn’t really do much for me. Might work differently for others, but just sharing my experience.

This supplement really helps with PMS relief- I noticed a clear difference before and after taking it. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no strange taste, and I haven’t experienced any side effects or drowsiness. With 60 capsules in the bottle, I think it’s also well priced.

seems worth a try
From my experience taking this fairly regularly for a month, I think I did notice some benefit. PMS symptoms can be variable enough from month to month that it’s hard to draw definite conclusions from one month (one bottle’s worth) of use, but the month I used the supplement was a mild one in terms of cramps and mood swings. Also, I did not notice any negative side effects, which is another major criteria I have for supplements. I’m not an expert and can’t comment on health or safety, but from my own “user experience” I’d say it’s worth a try.
