I’m definitely getting R.E.M. when I take these.
I take them pretty regularly. I try not to take a whole one unless I really need it. Most the time I take half and have been known to take 1/4 just depending on how I’m feeling. Usually a half. . No matter which dose I intuitively take they seem to work pretty well. I enjoy the taste. I read some comments that people were thinking they were bitter. I do not find that. These will be the ones I order again. I’ve been using them the last few months. I’ve used several different types of melatonin the last eight years and these are tops in my book. I noticed I have extremely vivid dreams on them, which I appreciate. Good stuff. Would recommend to a friend. I also think they are a good value considering they can be split in half or quarters and work well in either case. (For me) I’d suggest starting with 1/2 then deciding to go to 1/4 or a full tab.

I’ve been taking Nature’s Perfect Night Melatonin 20 mg for a while now and it has been excellent. It helps me relax and fall asleep quickly without feeling groggy the next morning. The quick-dissolve tablets make it easy to take, and the natural mixed berry flavor is surprisingly good compared to most supplements. I also like that it’s sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free, so it fits my dietary needs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable melatonin supplement that actually tastes good.

Helpful for sleep.
Hard to find this 20mg product, I was looking for extended release, but these are quick dissolve. They help me sleep better, which I can tell if I’ve forgotten to take it. 10mg wasn’t seeming to do the trick anymore. I’ve re-ordered these 20 mg. a couple of times.

I love this melatonin, it works quickly and it taste great. I put it on my tongue and let it dissolve about 30 minutes before bedtime 🌙.

Still undecided.
I am a frequent user of melatonin. I usually purchase higher mg gummies and based on the product, I am out like a light throughout the night, sleeping peacefully with no side effects like feeling grogginess. I decided to give these a shot, since I like quick dissolve tablets. Plus the the price and mg were right, and they have positive reviews. I’ve taken them for about a week now, but I am still undecided about the effectiveness.First, I don’t care for the taste. I thought they would be more berry flavored, but the flavored seems more bitter and off putting than I would like. They dissolve okay, but take longer to dissolve than I expected. The size and option to break pills is a plus.These do put me to sleep within 15-20 minutes of taking them; however, I noticed that I don’t stay sleep throughout the night. I usually wake up around 4 am. I thought it was because I was only taking 1 pill per the instructions, so I started taking 2, but still not sleeping throughout the night. Maybe my body needs to get use to these, not sure but boy waking up earlier than I want annoying – especially when I am used to sleeping up to 7 hours straight using other products. I don’t feel groggy when waking, but I am definitely tired sometimes because my body isn’t getting my typical hours of sleep.Hopefully the longer I take these, the better they will work to keep me asleep, but we will see. They are worth a try.
