Never made me feel sick!!
There’s a certain smell and it’s a big pill, but it didn’t really bother me.I used during the whole pregnancy and still using while breastfeeding.

I love this vitamin. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fishy smell and the fact that one package had leaked everywhere when I opened the container so now every vitamin is covered with fish oil.

Good supplements
I take these prenatal vitamins to help my hair and nails grow and to strengthen them. My hair doesn’t break as easily as it did and my nails don’t split since I’ve been taking them. I really like the gel-type capsule – don’t know how else to describe it – because it makes it easier to swallow as they’re on the medium to large size. Highly recommend.
