Purchased to replace my cracked New Wave Enviro 2.2 Liter Bottle.
I had a New Wave Enviro 2.2 Liter water bottle that I got from Bodybuilding.com, and have been using that for a couple of years. I’ve dropped it a few times and it was able to stand the impact. Until just recently. I actually dropped it from about chest high, and it was a full bottle. It cracked at the bottom, but just a slight crack to where it dripped. I was bummed about that because that bottle lasted so long.So I decided to replace it and was happy to find it from Amazon Prime one day shipping. I purchased one for myself, and one for my wife. I cleaned both when receiving them the next day to test the seal. Both were perfect and just the same as the BB.com one I purchased. The build quality felt the same and the o-ring seal in the cap looked the same. There was no leak on either of the bottles I received.I really like the size of this jug. Not too small, and not too big. I use it every day for work, the gym, and for daily hydration for days off. I think that this bottle is great. I have a lot of other water bottles that I have used in the past, just sitting in a box somewhere. This bottle has fit me really well.

It’s a Bottle. It Holds Water. And It’s Glorious.
I bought this thinking I was getting a cutting-edge hydration device. Turns out—it’s just a big plastic bottle. But what a majestic plastic bottle it is.It holds water like a champ. The handle? Pure luxury. The cap? Tight enough to survive an earthquake. I’ve dropped it, rolled it under my car seat, and even used it as a dumbbell when I skipped the gym—it still looks brand new.If you’re tired of fancy “smart” bottles that judge you for not drinking enough, this one’s for you. No lights, no Bluetooth, no nonsense. Just 2.2 liters of honest, unapologetic hydration. Five stars for being exactly what it claims to be—a bottle that does its one job perfectly.

Nice container for water
Great if you go and get water from a water store source. I personally don’t like to drink city water and will fill this up and keep in the fridge for a cold drink. This is good quality and the handle is nice and sturdy.

Serves its purpose well, some times they MAY leak.
I just purchased my second one of these bottles, and the second one I bought happened to please me a bit more than the first. I did notice that with the first bottle I bought, there were very minor subtle differences in the inside of the cap and how it sealed shut. It just feels different, I don’t know how to describe it. I can tell you that the new bottle had a plastic pin on the top holding the strap in and the old one had a metal pin on the cap similar to the cap itself, and the plastic piece on the bottom of my strap of the new bottle was a tiny bit warped so the strap does not spin as freely, which I actually prefer.MOST IMPORTANTLY, the NEW bottle did NOT leak. Closing it tightly without a drop leaking from it is effortless on this new bottle. With the old bottle no matter how tight or not I made the cap, it leaked a bit from day one. New bottle never leaked.Bottom line: Some of these bottles may come built better than others, and those who claim they don’t leak got lucky, those who claim they do leak, they’re not doing anything wrong. Even when the bottle does leak from the cap, that can be prevented by simply not filling it up to the cap and making sure it does not sit for a while tilted enough to the point that water touches the top of the cap. When mine did leak, it was a very, very small leak.. We’re talkin a drop every few minutes or so. This of course was only my personal experience with two of these bottles, other bottles may vary I’m sure, but of my first two both were easy to live with, this new one seems to be a keeper. My first bottle lasted me a good 6 months to a year of daily use before I accidentally cracked it by dropping it (and I had dropped it many times prior to it cracking) It is fairly sturdy and won’t crack easily like some really cheap ones I’ve seen, but it is thin enough that it’s fairly light in weight and will crack if you try hard enough.

Good for holding our distilled water
We’re really happy with these water jugs. We have a distiller machine to keep our CPAP machines’ tanks full, and we also use it for the water fountains serving our two senior “kidney cats” because we have hard water in our area and they don’t need the extra mineral content going into their bodies. We had an original set of two and eventually one cracked, though we can’t recall dropping it. I still rate them as 5-stars because they are easy to handle, they feel well-balanced in the hand, and the lid is held on with a flat strap so there’s no worry of it dropping or rolling off somewhere. It’s true that all bottles of this type of material will eventually give out along a seam somewhere, but that’s a level playing field IMO. These do the job perfectly and they’ll last quite a while if handled with respect.

Perfect water hauler
I love this item. My household tap water isn’t great, so I have a couple of these to take to a family member’s house that they have filtered water and fill them up. Makes it so much easier to carry water and cheaper than continuously buying gallons of water from the store.
two thumbs up –
BPA Free
I really like this because it is BPA free, the lid works very well, but the biggest problem I have is it breaks easily! You must be very careful when setting it down, I have broken/cracked three of them now. Really I think a better style would place the handle more near the top like a gallon of milk.

Been sitting on my desk at work used almost daily for 8 months. No cracking or issues as US reviews suggested.I like that its a huge size that lasts all day, gives a great target for keeping hydrated. Not wasting time back and forward to fill up a small bottle.

These have been super useful. Keep two in the fridge to refill with electrolyte water and they have lasted over a year with no problem. Great price, easy pour, transparent. Would buy again!

Los bidones en si son buenos y robustos. El problema es con las tapas. Yo compre 6 y de ellos 2 no cierran bien y el agua chorrea (no gotea) cuando los inclino. Por eso solamente 4 me sirven para llevar en el coche.
