I think it works, I’ve used this brand before and my testosterone readings are like I was in my 30s
I’m combatting lots of things now, a sedentary job and life, post-Covid era depression, weight gain. I wanted to boost my serum and free T numbers naturally. I made a number of lifestyle changes but taking Nootropics Depot Tongkat Ali was one of them, along with some boron. And a bit more exercise In spite of an atrocious sleep schedule, my testosterone’s *is* better after about 9 months. I generally cycled the Tongkat Ali, take it one week, one week off. Or sometimes take it one day skip another day. I didn’t really adhere to an exact routine I just tried to mix it up. In any case my testosterone levels are like they were in my 30s. Which is a modest improvement but I’m pushing 50 now so that’s good enough for me/Correlation vs Causation? Well, it’s hard to be certain the Tonglkat Ali did the trick but I have tried other brands before and did NOT get the results that I got in the months of taking ND’s brand. So I decided to order more, this time from Amazon instead of directly from Nootropics Direct. I plan on getting blood tests again in a couple of months and comparing. So far I think this stuff is doing the trick. Can I prove it? No but I’m intrigued by the results I previously got and suspect they are replicable and that this brand of Tongkat Ali made a difference.

Very bitter so you know it’s really Tongkat Ali for sure!
Sellers always ask for supplement reviews way before you’ve taken them long enough to know how effective the product is going to be…this review is no exception to that as I’ve only be taking them for a week now, so too soon for me to know the effectiveness. I will say that the only outstanding thing to mention is how unbelievably strong the bitter taste of these is, but as long as you get it them down fast you can survive that. I found it to be hilarious that they want you to rate the FLAVOR of these!!! But on a positive note…the size of the tablet is just perfect for being able to swallow them with ease. I make sure and eat first so as not to chance an upset stomach, as I’ve read where others have experienced that. In closing I’d like to add that the packaging is perfect & suits the product well…the shipping was fairly quick considering that I don’t order enough on Amazon to bother paying the outrageous price for Prime.

I didn’t notice any effects (I didn’t do any rigorous self blinding experiments though), but probably worth a try given that it’s got decent evidence behind it. I always like to buy from Nootropics Depot because you know you can trust them

Not worth it.
Despite the money I’ve spent on Amazon, they refuse to accept a return on an item that is eligible for return until June 16th, and they won’t issue me a credit either. The pills caused severe gastric issues and diarrhea. I only took two or three pills, hoping my body would adjust, but it didn’t. Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my Prime subscription.

So, I used this Tongkat and found that my numbers went up in the first workout. My dumbbell incline went up 20 pounds in one week. At 50, those kinds of increases don’t happen unless i’m taking a product. It’s a lot more expensive than other kinds of Tongkat but a lot less than TRT.
