High dosage of Echinacea with Goldenseal
Always use Echinacea with Goldenseal at first sign of a cold or feeling run down. It goes to work quickly and within a day or so I’m over it. Lately I’ve been using it to help with some inflammation I’ve had due to canker sores. It has helped lessen the pain. Everybody’s metabolism is different but it works great for me. A friend of mine uses it to lessen her time with a lingering cold. Together the echinacea and the goldenseal is the best combo. Recommended to me by a college classmate years ago and she was right as it’s been helpful for me all these years.
