Excellent product
After I went through all the reviews for a lot of ashwagandha products I settled on this one. Gummies taste great. I take blood pressure meds and it dropped my blood pressure significantly, so I need to be mindful ho many to chew. 2nd day and I’m calm. Anxiety curved but didn’t really notice so much till I got quiet with myself… that’s when I reflected on the day. It wasn’t so notice in my head. I plan on sticking to these Gummies and 1 chew or 2 will be perfect. Any more the blood pressure will dive more than I want. I can see why cortisol levels are reduced and that’s significant on its own. Definitely recommend.I continued ro take 1 am and 1 pm. Then only one. I can only chew 1/2 of 1 per day as my blood pressure went way too low and I felt strong fatigue and sleepy. Be careful with ashwagandha in general. I’ve only tried these gummies can only handle small doses.

I am so thankful I found these! I have a hard time swallowing pills, but hate most gummies either due to texture or taste. These are just the right amount of sweet, and really really help me feel less emotional and stressed, while helping aid my sleep.

I’ve tried many ashwaghanda/calming chews and these are the best. You get what you pay for and they taste better than most out there. My biggest issue is relaxing and these did the trick. I slept great!

These are just as described. They taste pretty good and are very convenient to take because they are chewables. I can’t say that I noticed a huge effect from them but I don’t take them consistently enough to say for sure.

Not sure it is working – going to give it a little more time.
Nurse told me to try this to help me sleep better and reduce my stress and anxiety levels. Can’t really say it has helped with either. It has a nice taste and glad it comes in gummies since I hate swallowing pills and have to take several a day. It may be helping a little and I might give it another month( I have taken it for 2 months now) to see how it works

Fantastic stuff!
Honestly, I had been looking for something to add to my night time regimen of magnesium for sleep and with ashwaganda (which is a delicious gummy by the way) delivers. Sleeping more soundly and it’s not so heavy that you couldn’t also take it during the day as a stress reliever. Highly recommend!

So Pleased to Find Ashwagandha Gummies That Taste Good!
So easy to take. Not overly sticky and they taste good. It makes taking an important supplement so much easier and more pleasant. Kind of a light berry, almost grape-y flavor. No unpleasant after taste, no burping unpleasant taste. A little pricey, but the ease makes it a positive purchase for us.

I purchased these Aswagandha gummies after reading the research on the effects they can have on stress, anxiety and therefore sleep, as a secondary effect.I have to say that for someone who normally experiences mild social anxiety in crowded places and high stress from overthinking this has really helped. I have been taking them for about three weeks and have really started to notice a difference in my daily thought patterns and I have reduced the amount of times I will avoid a situation or get annoyed over small things due to my anxiety making them out to be bigger than they are.Placebo? Who knows, but I felt no different for the first week really but then it made a massive difference. Either way, I don’t care. Great flavour! Plus the Mrs has commented on my lighter mood and increased se…..nse of humour.
