I like this biotin. I dont feel any bad side effect on me plus its affordable. The expiration is 2028 which i love. I bought 2 bottles. Will purchase again. Its not so big capsule, for me its easy to swallow. Hoping its effective, i just started to take it. Other biotin i had tried was tablet but this one is fine too.

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own “hair skin & nails” which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i’d take this one, partly because it’s far cheaper too.
