This collagen was recommended by my friend, and yes i did not regret buying it. It does not have any taste, which is great with mixing it with smoothies or just dissolve in water. The ingredients are clean. In 1 month i see significant changes in my skin and hair.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money
Been using for about a month , hair is shinier and my elbow pain has subsided. No stomach upset or bad taste . Nails are growing quicker . My joints still ache in my knees but less “ cracking sounds” am a Nurse and wanted to try this as fellow friends recommended. One suggestion WOULD NOT recommend putting in water . I add it to hot tea , coffee . Put pack in first add the hot water etc first for no clumps. For 10$ basically compared to other expensive brands I’d recommend 100%

Quality product for the price
This product is one of the best collagen powders I have used. Hair, skin & nails are loving the benefits. It does mix better with room temp/warmer liquids. I most often mix it in with my morning protein shakes. Super easy to travel with also thanks to the individual packets

Great Boost for Skin and Joints
I’ve noticed a real difference since adding this collagen powder to my routine! It mixes well, has no weird taste, and I can add it to just about anything—shakes, coffee, or even water. My skin looks more refreshed, and my joints feel less stiff. Definitely a staple in my daily prep!

Haven’t seen a significant change.
I’ve been taking the supplement for about a week or so now and I’m not sure how long it’s supposed to take to see some kind of notable difference in my skin. I would have to say this is an average product because I’m not very impressed as I’ve not seen any significant results in the appearance of my skin. I’m hoping that maybe after a month I might see some sort of difference but time will tell. Product is very convenient because it comes in individual packs which is actually perfect for dosing and caring with you when you go on travel or even an overnight trip. There’s no taste or aftertaste with it after I added it to my water so that is a plus. It doesn’t offer any kind of pain relief and a not seen any notable difference in my skin hydration either. The texture of my skin is still the same but like I said maybe after time they’ll be a difference at least I’m hoping so. I’ll come back and edit the reviewer if I do see any notable change but, I’m pretty skeptical at this point.

Collagen peptides
This is the first time I have used collagen supplements but I can really tell a difference in the quality of my nails and hair. I especially like that it is in pre-measured daily packets that I can add to my chai in the morning. It has no flavor but my brain told me it did. I had to get use to the idea of adding anything to my drink but once I did, it was no problem. It mixes well with my powdered chai but I do need to be sure I have mixed it well enough. If you don’t do that, you may get an unpleasant chalky lump in your mouth. I have had no problems tolerating it but I cannot tell that it suppresses my appetite.
