I’ve been using Alpha Brain (30 count) consistently for a few weeks now, and here’s the truth: it works, but don’t expect superhuman focus overnight. What I noticed most was improved mental clarity, especially during mid-day slumps or when I was multitasking. It’s subtle—no jitters, no crash, just a cleaner, more alert mindset.The ingredient profile is solid. L-Theanine and B6 help smooth out brain fog without the over-caffeinated buzz. Phosphatidylserine adds a long-term cognitive benefit, not just a short-term boost. No weird side effects, no stomach issues, and it plays well with my intermittent fasting and daily workouts.That said, this isn’t a limitless pill. Want to play a game of vomit roulette?
DISCLAIMER: I also take a stimulant medication and drink one cup of coffee with breakfast and my supplements. This could have played a role in my reaction, despite the supplement being caffeine-free.Most days that I took it, the supplement gave me great focus and mental clarity.However, when I recently took it (along with the other supplements/medications I take daily), I had a very strange reaction. The reaction had happened once before (a few weeks ago) but I had attributed it to overdoing it with dairy the day before (I’m lactose intolerant), so I didn’t correlate it with the supplement.On Friday, I took it around 10 AM and went about my usual work day. At around 1:45 PM or so I started having an insane episode of overheating (I’m 29, so not menopausal). I got myself some water and a cactus water thinking I was dehydrated and it was a warm day, and chugged both before logging into a customer call.Mid-call, I felt the nausea take over, and thank god I had a bin next to me and I was off camera. The call was only 30 minutes, so I was able to power through and rest for the remainder of the day afterwards. The nausea lasted until late that evening, and I was able to get down some water and saltine crackers, and eat a normal dinner a few hours after that.I do not recommend this supplement (or any supplements) that are not third party tested for quality. As someone with ADHD I have tried many different focus supplements in the hopes that they will mimic the effects of my stimulants when I run out, and despite the effectiveness, the vomit roulette is definitely not fun.

I usually never write reviews, like never. I didn’t feel any noticeable positive effect on the other hand gave me some nausea and yesterday some big time vomiting reaction.I honestly wouldn’t have minded the side effects if at least there were any positive effects but since there are none…In addition to that it’s not a cheap product.
