What the heck, it works
It works. Obviously we are all skeptical for some miracle vitamin. This works. I would say my memory has improved from my brain fog about 50%. Not kidding. Sounds hokey and misleading but it works for me. I take medication that causes really bad brain fog and this has changed the game for me. FYI been using it for a month. I eat with food in morning. I take with all my vitamins. No side effects.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. First of all, any time you see a product with tens of thousands of reviews you should run it through a review checker. You can find them on google. As for this product, I read through some of the negative reviews and judging by what I read you really should use caution if you think you want to try this product. As for myself, I gave it a shot and I am NOT in any way disappointed in it. It has become a part of my daily routine. I take two of these in the morning every morning and they really do sharpen me up for the entire day. I feel more energetic and focused. I definitely notice an increase in my cognitive abilities. I can process information quicker and have a much easier time articulating myself in verbal conversations. It has increased my productivity at work by a noticeable amount. It kind of has the same affect as caffeine but without the jittery wired feeling I get when I drink coffee or an energy drink. The reason I wanted to try this product so much is because I get pretty bad anxiety from caffeine and I am more than pleased with this stuff. As I said earlier though, be careful. I have read some pretty terrible reviews and I feel bad for the people that had these horrible experiences with it. Reading through the ingredients I can’t tell what could have caused them to reacted to badly to it, other than perhaps they are allergic to something in the product. As for me, I will continue to use the product for the foreseeable future. It is PRETTY damn expensive though, so I might look for a cheaper alternative.

So thankful it works!
I began taking to help my mental focus. My brain was all over the place even in conversations with people. I noticed results right away but was skeptical. I stopped taking it, busy brain came back. I have now been taking it several months and have told many people about this wonderful natural supplement! Alpha Brain works! My memory is better and I stay focused in conversations without losing my train of thought and I have noticed a big improvement in my responses and reactions. I am super thankful for ONNIT Alpha Brain memory & Focus!!!

Noticeable improvement!
I’ve had a noticeable improvement in overall how I think and feel, with these, I feel more focused, my mind feels more clear, and overall, I feel more sharp. The price is up there, but I think it’s worth it. It took a good few weeks for them to fully take effect, but they’re easy to take, and work well!

This has Maltodextrin
This supplement has unquantified unmeasured Maltodextrin. A complex carbohydrate that increases blood insulin so much faster than fructose and glucose. This chemical is very bad for diabetics, and very bad for anyone who are trying to lose weight or keep the weight down.The bottle did not show how much of this chemical is in one capsule, but by reading the reviews of other folks who have experienced headaches, nausea, and lethargy this is the reason why.With that said, let me tell you my experience.*** I only take 1 capsule instead of 2 as recommended in the bottle ***1. Day one = I took just one capsule in the morning with my coffee + 2% milk + MCT oil. Felt so good, so motivated, so brilliant. In addition, I felt the motivation to exercise.By evening of Day 1 – I am still going and bouncing off the wall, even at 4:44 AM in the morning. I probably dozed of by about 5 AM only be awaked automatically by my body at 7:00 AM. Showered and got ready for work.2. Day two = Showered and got ready for work, made coffee + 2% milk + MCT oil. Took another capsule of this Alpha Brain. 3 hours later, I measured my blood sugar. Usually 3 hours after coffee my blood sugar would be 75 mg/dl. But today it is reading 102 mg/dl. A large difference of my normal after coffee measurement.Feeling so alert despite getting a little over 2 hours of sleep the night before. My eyesight clear, my brain so clear, financial numbers are easy to understand, legal terminologies come in and get digested by my mind easier. This is only day 2.By Evening of Day 2 = I finally crashed at 9 PM. While I love that my body is forced to shut down and go to bed at this hour of the night, this is very unusual for me. I did welcome it though.3. Day three = Woke up at 7 AM. I had a total of 12 hours of sleep the night before (Day 2).At the time I was writing this review it is 12:43 PM. I took another capsule this morning.Blood sugar is >100 mg/dl again. after 3 hours of coffee.Feeling alert, no brain cloud. Vision is clear, words easy to read, numbers and formula easy to calculate.Blood sugar is high.*** I attribute the change in blood sugar to Maltodextrin. Going forward, I will search for other brain boosters, one that does not include this chemical.Alternatively – I implore Onnit (the maker of Alpha Brain) to remove Maltodextrin from the ingredients. You do not need this chemical. This is a very very harmful ingredient.
