Will the cuff fit my arm?
Cuff size is dependent upon the circumference of the arm (measured in the center of the bicep). The permissible range is printed on the cuff and our cuffs are a universal size, fitting 8.7 – 16.5 inches (22-42 cm) arms. Measure your arm to make sure the cuff will fit you.
How to understand that the device detected an arrhythmia?
If you see three heart symbols on the screen, it indicates that the device has found an arrhythmia, which is a disruption in your heartbeat. This might mean that you need to relax, calm down, and not speak during the measurement. If the symbol appears several times in a single week, we recommend going to a doctor.
Why is there a Micro USB plug on the device?
Blood Pressure Monitor comes with batteries included so that you can use it as soon as it’s delivered to you. You may also operate this monitor using an AC adapter. Use only the approved AC adapter to avoid damaging the unit. Do not use batteries and the AC adapter at the same time. AC adapter is not included.
Is it possible to disable the sound ?
You can turn this feature off if needed. To do this, watch the video or read the instructions. In the future, it can be easily turned on so that the device again starts voicing measurement results.
How do I measure my blood pressure to obtain accurate results?
Relax before measuring
Wait 30 minutes before measuring after drinking coffee, taking a bath, or any physical activity. Before turning on the device, sit straight up in a chair, put your feet flat on the ground, and relax.
Put on the cuff
Place the cuff on your left arm above your elbow so that the edge is about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow joint and the tubes are in the middle of your arm facing your body and hanging down.
Place your elbow and turn it on
Put your left palm up and place your elbow on a table or flat surface. Sit straight and relax, don’t move or talk, and breathe regularly. Turn on the blood pressure monitor.
Get the result
The results will appear on the screen within a minute. You’ll see your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart beats per minute. Please follow the measurement rules every time, it greatly affects the result.

Excellent, accuracy, useful for patients who cannot define the adnormal blood pressure as the device gives them the level and the result of the measurement (high, normal or low) last a lot, I still have the first one I bought, it is working properly since a few year ago.

It’s user-friendly with a clear, large display, making it easy to read results. The cuff fits comfortably and adjusts well, ensuring accurate measurements every time. Bought this for my blind brother who has to take his blood pressure readings every day. The one he had stopped working. I found this one that actually speaks to you. It’s wonderful. When I opened up my parcel, the packaging of the blood pressure monitor looked very professional. I didn’t have to read much of the instructions to work out how to set the product up and get it to check my blood pressure. It did bother me a bit that I found some typos in the instruction manual, as well as a word that made no sense (‘contraindications’, which I later found is an actual word. I’d never heard it before.). That prompted me to check where the product was made. It was manufactured in China for a company in the US, so I would have expected the manual to be written better considering the company is not Chinese. I like that the product can record readings for two people. I also like that the product talks to you as it takes your blood pressure. The “person” is easy to understand and explains if your reading is good or not. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and it will be helpful for monitoring my blood pressure, as well as anyone else in my household.

I live on the start of the Nullabor Plain, 9 hours drive from Adelaide, the nearest city. I ordered it at 1:00 am (drunk), I got a notification it had arrived at my PO Box 11:00 am same day. Which it had. That is not possible. And 10 hours is less than the 10 days they indicated.The unit itself is solid feeling plastic, nice big display, the cuff doesn’t feel flimsy, I’m told that all of them are accurate to within 1 bpm and medically that is a meaningless difference so accuracy isn’t an issue, it is extremely easy to use – stick your arm in the cuff, pull it tight, and hit the start button. It even says instructions out loud (which I could live without, so it isn’t perfect) and in addition to the display info it speaks out the results, and then helpfully tells you that you have hypertension. Or not, I assume, for healthier people.And it was amazingly cheap.Now, if I could just get it to shut up …

Despite its small size and simplicity this device seems to work very well and is very easy to use. Once you get the arm band fitted correctly, it pumps up pretty fast and seems to give an accurate measurement. It works well on batteries but also plugs in via USB. It talks you through the process, but thankfully you can turn that off too.
