Changed my life. Get it and change yours.
Is it expensive YES! But wow is it worth it. I don’t have a period yet have taken it for a month. My body has completed changed. Feels different from all the other brands and things I was doing my random spotting stopped completely. I feel more energetic and fall asleep faster. 100% would buy it and recommend it. Yes it stinks like fish but that how u know that is the omega 3 are in there. To me it’s not so bad I keep it open for a few seconds get my water and take 4 every morning empty stomach. Take it with a full water bottle. I rarely get the after taste. Buy it and try it and no I’m not getting anything in return actually 100% real review.

Helped clear my acne!
Amazing. They DO work, just give it a few weeks to a month. I started using it a month ago and it’s insane how much it helps. My bloating issues are pretty much gone, and my acne has been cleared(minimum to none) for the first time in my life. I can’t go back now.It smells and tastes horrible however, but that’s from the Omega 3s, naturally.

These DO Work, Just Not Overnight
I’m seeing a lot of people leave reviews that show me they did very little to no research before taking these. Most people are going to experience light to moderate side effects the first few weeks to first month of taking it. They do go away. For me, I had headaches and stomach upset that went away after two weeks. And yes, the serving size is 4 pills. You do not have to take them all at once, and you probably should not. I take two with breakfast and two before bed with a light snack. As for smell and fishy tastes, I personally have not had that experience. They are completely free of smell in my opinion, and I never get fishy burps. However, there is Omega-3 in these, and Omega-3 supplements are famous for their fishy burps. And lastly, it takes time for these to start working. These have a build up effect. They don’t start working overnight. Think more along the lines of an anti-depressant. After the supplements start to build up in your body, you will notice more and more of a difference. It can take up to 6 months to feel the full effects, so patience is needed for this. I’ve been on them for 2 months and have noticed a difference in my PMDD and anxiety, and I sleep better at night now.Personally, I am a fan of this supplement and am glad I started to take them. And I think if people were to manage expectations and do research on what to expect, they would be more prepared.

Worth a Try
PCOS girly here. I’ve been taking inositol for over a year now. Sometimes skip my doses. I was using another brand but a few months ago I switched to this peach perfect brand. It’s doing my body pretty decent. I am bleeding on a regular basis. I will say I’m spotting for weeks at a time on this. But to me that’s better than the usual no bleeding for months. My hormonal, acne is now very minimal. The mood swings have lessened. I haven’t noticed a difference with less facial hair as they advertise it to do. The capsules smell a little funny and I sometimes burp the taste up… I will say I preferred the powder over the capsules just because of that odd smell and burping.

Normal to continue bleeding?
I was recently told I might have PCOS. So I decided to give the peach perfect pills a try but there are a couple things I have noticed. 1, they have a fishy smell and then make me burp and there is a fish taste which give me nausea & 2, I don’t have normal periods so just after 2 weeks of taking it I got my period right when I was suppose to no cramps and no heavy bleeding and I normally have heavy periods and bad cramps but now I noticed there is still some light bleeding that just won’t stop is this normal? I also see some people immediately felt better no more fatigue or bloating but aside from getting my period I actually don’t feel any different.

Surprise surprise
Got these for my PCOS. To help regulate my period and my hormones…I’m due in a couple days…lol take at your own risk. I recommend it for someone trying to have a baby ( which was NOT my case). Will not be buying again just because I’m not trying to have more kids 😂In all fairness I did feel better for a while, more energy, less hunger…
