Great for relaxation, but the capsules are a bit large
I really enjoyed taking this supplement—it made me feel calm, relaxed, and at peace, which is exactly what I was looking for. Ashwagandha is a great adaptogen to help with stress, and I definitely noticed a difference while using it. The only thing I didn’t love is that the daily dose requires three capsules, and I personally found them a bit hard to swallow, even with plenty of water. Other than that, it worked well for me, and I would still recommend it!

Helps me wind down after a long day
When I first heard about the benefits of Ashwagandha I tried a couple of different brands that did absolutely nothing for me. I read the reviews and tried again by ordering Physicians Choice and these were the right ones for me. I initially took them at the start of the day (because — work) and they left me a little too mellow. I found myself wanting to take a nap. I started taking 2 at night and that was the sweet spot for me. Now I wouldn’t miss a day with this supplement. There’s no strong odor and the capsules are easy to swallow. I will say that it will take a few days to a few weeks to feel the full result so don’t give up if you’re not noticing any changes within a day.

Dosage of 3 may be too much!
I have tried this product for the last 3 days (yes, i will post a review after 1 week of usage and so on). So far, I have taken the recommended dosage amount of 3 pills per day. First day, I took 3 pills once it arrived on Saturday afternoon, felt fine, felt calmed throughout the day. My boyfriend also took the recommended amount and felt calmer and less anxiety especially going out that same night. We did notice that we felt less anxiety being out and around people. Later that night, i woke up feeling very nauseous and sick. I tried to throw up and could not. My stomach just felt awful and could not go back to sleep. My boyfriend did not experience the same thing. He just felt tired.The next morning, I felt okay so I decided to take the 3 pills that morning and so did my boyfriend. Again, there was a sense of calmness and less anxiety throughout our day but I was also experiencing fatigue. I was extremely tired and unable to focus on anything but still felt calm. Later that night, I had felt a bit nauseous but not as bad as the first experience. I asked my boyfriend how he felt and he said he felt great, less stressed, less worried but tired. He felt very tired towards the end of the day and had very vivid nightmares that night. We decided to change our dosage to two pills on the third day.For our third day I was feeling very tired at work (figured that may have been from taking the recommended dosage amount of the 3 pills the day before). Very fatigued, very sluggish, still a little nauseous. This time, I took two after work in the evening whereas he took two pills later at night before bed. I felt calm that evening and had a good night sleep. My boyfriend, however felt like he passed out very shortly after taking the pills and felt a bit sluggish waking up the next morning. I felt great waking up the next day and did not have trouble waking up.Based on our experience for the last three days, I will be taking two instead of the three pills because it is way too much for my stomach to handle. I still feel like I am recovering from taking the three pills. A little worried to take it in the morning as i don’t want it to effect my work throughout the day so will continue to take the two in the evening. My boyfriend will be taking two pills throughout the day (one in morning, one at night) and see how it works for him.Tip so far: do not start out with three (you’ll feel ill)! or maybe start out with three but gradually make your decision on what your body can handle.Stay tuned!

Serious stress relief and all natural!
I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was “Oh well, I’ll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I’ll go around.”. That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it’s a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can’t get much better than that.A few months later…..It has worked so well for me at elevating my mood that now my mother (who was on Zoloft) is using it too. She is doing much better using this than the Zoloft.
