Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) helps support your immune system and emotional balance, while DHA and flaxseed provide plant-based omega-3s to support your body’s natural rhythms, including melatonin production. These carefully selected nutrients work synergistically to support your postnatal recovery journey. Add to your daily postpartum vitamin ritual for holistic wellness support that complements your body’s needs.
We’ve included a proprietary herbal blend tailored for new mothers: Organic Ashwagandha to support hormonal harmony and stress response; Organic Chamomile to support relaxation and calm; Saffron and Milk Thistle for additional antioxidant and mood-supportive benefits. Red Raspberry Leaf, a beloved botanical for women’s health, is also part of our wellness formula. These galactagogue-friendly herbs are often used to support comfort and balance during breastfeeding and postpartum transitions. While we avoid using medical claims, this blend is thoughtfully crafted to support natural emotional well-being, cognition, and inner balance—safely and gently.

Gentle and effective postpartum mood support—peace of mind at every stage

I’ve noticed a noticeable improvement in mood balance and calm, especially during stressful, sleep-deprived days. Knowing it’s clean-label, vegan, gluten-, soy‑, and dairy-free, plus third‑party tested—that gives me total peace of mind.Highly recommend this supplement if you’re navigating postpartum shifts—this feels like a gentle, supportive hug in a bottle.

Game changer
I don’t typically leave reviews but had to come and leave one for these. I had the baby blues immediately postpartum and I started taking these about 1 week pp and they made an instant difference in my mood. They really helped me be able to snap out of the baby blues and enjoy my new role as a mommy and be as present as possible. I’m over a year pp now and still take them daily. Thank you pink stork. I recommend these to any woman I know who is pp!

Does what it’s supposed to.
I started taking this maybe a week PP. I was crying non stop for days. This has helped tremendously. I have an upset stomach everyday and this product has been the only change to my diet. So that’s a possible side affect. But atleast I’m not crying my eyes out anymore.

Please just try it!
I had a traumatic birth and was diagnosed with postpartum hypertension at the hospital and had a high chance of developing postpartum preclamsia. This caused me to have extreme health anxiety. I was crying balling multiple times a day. I also felt like because of my anxiety I couldn’t connect with my baby. I had to have an emergency c section and didn’t get that hormone surge when he was born to instantly connect me to him. I found this supplement and after taking one dose I felt a difference the next day. I’ve been taking it 2.5 weeks now and I haven’t cried in days. I’m 6 weeks postpartum tomorrow I’m completely in love with my baby and am finding joy in simple things again. I recommend this supplement to everyone postpartum!

PPD Survivor – This WORKS!
I never write reviews but this product is so worth it. The birth of my second child was very traumatic, including a c-section completely alone due to the covid situation. I wasn’t bonding with my daughter and felt myself wishing I never had her. I cared for her basic needs but had no desire to hold or interact with her. The connection wasn’t there. I was crying at least once an hour (like bawling, not just a few tears). I didn’t want to eat and couldn’t sleep and just wanted to curl up in a ball and be left alone. I reached out to my doctor and was diagnosed with PPD but wanted to try to heal without prescription medication first due to fears with breastfeeding. This product was recommended by several moms in my support group. I was skeptical at first but I’m so glad I tried it. It seemed a bit expensive at first but now I know it’s worth every penny.I started taking it in combination with sitting in the sun outside for 20 min a day (my doctor said there have been medical studies on the effects of sunlight for mental health). I also started “baby wearing” and making sure I did at least an hour of skin to skin every day. I forced myself to spend time looking at my daughters face, really studying it, singing to her and getting to know her. I started talking to other moms in a PPD support group and allowed myself grace and time to heal.It wasn’t easy. PPD is HARD. She’s 8 weeks old now and I still have some bad days but this supplement has helped exponentially. I stopped taking it for a few days because initially i forgot and then thought I didn’t need it anymore but I immediately felt my mood tank. I became way more irritable and anxious and mad (“postpartum rage” is a real thing that most people aren’t aware of). I’m a happier person and a better mom when taking this. Please never stop making this, it’s a literal lifesaver for me. If you’re struggling, please know you’re not alone and your feelings are more normal than you may realize. Talk to your doctor (I promise they will not judge you!) and definitely try this supplement!

Did not work for me. Caused anxiety and panick when taking them
I am 4 months postpartum. Has been feeling down and then having rage after my baby. Just really off. I’ve never had issues in my previous births but this one I knew I needed something. So I decided to order this brand to see if it would mellow me out a bit. I needed energy also. I took it for 2 months 1 pill in the morning and 1 before bed. I have never really had bad anxiety except when I was pregnant the 1 3 months but this stuff brought all that on me. I started noticing not wanting to go out. I would panic just sitting at the dinner table. My heart race out of nowhere where. I didn’t chalk it up to the pills bc I read the reviews and no one else really claimed it caused this for them. I kept taking them the second month but started to notice in days I forgot to take them I didn’t have anxiety or didn’t feel panicked. My husband told me he thought it was the new mood/postpartum supplements I had been taking so I decided to just stop. And things immediately got better! I know everyone is different so I wouldn’t say don’t buy them bc this will happen to you. But if you take these and this is your symptoms when you didn’t have it before they are most likely not for you. Very unfortunate because they are so expensive! The smell of them was like bluberrys. Easy to swallow. If just really can’t say I got anything at all from taking them. I started on L-theanine and magnesium supplement and that has helped me tremendously. I just wish they weren’t so hyped for what they are.
