Great for portion control
These are great to help with portion control and packing lunches. This system keeps me on track during the week and helps me to make sure I’m eating enough of the right foods. Highly recommend, the only downside is you have to wash by hand.

Book let with set to small print
The containers were great, the direction booklet is way to small, pictures, of food groups, too small print, I had to take ours to a printing store, and have every page of booklet blowed up to 12×12 to make easier to read, to bee able to help my wife’s health better, BUT LOVE THE CONTAINERS BOXES????

Great measurement system.
I purchased this set for measuring out my dogs meals for when I would be in the hospital. I have two dogs with different dietary needs. One is a diabetic lab, the other is a senior maltipoo. This made it possible for me to ensure that my husband would be able to feed them accurately. Worked great!

If you’re trying to get better at managing portion sizes these may be a good tool, however they’re not great containers.
