Amazing For Hair Health!
I ordered these after noticing a significant increase in shedding and thinning around my hairline. My iron levels were at the lowest end of normal, and from research I learned that anywhere below 50-60 can cause or exacerbate hair loss. Within a few weeks I’ve seen far less hair in my brush and shower and my energy levels are high despite my long workdays, hard workouts, and nowhere near enough sleep. I just recently discovered this company and have been massively impressed with the quality and value. I hesitate to leave such positive reviews because I worry that if they blow up they will become unaffordable, but I’m using about six supplements and at 46 I feel more energetic than I did in my 20s! These are the only vitamins I have ever been able to take on an empty stomach without nausea. I do worry that some of the iron will be lost because I take them first thing in the morning and have half a protein shake before my workout, but it seems to be working if the reduced hair clogging my drain is any indicator.

Great with no aftertaste
So far so good! They do have a fishy taste when you put them in your mouth but no aftertaste or fishy burps, so that’s great! It has all the vitamins and probiotics I was looking for, the only downside is that it is 3 pills that you need to swallow down. Not too bad for me though.

Buy these prenatals!!
I swear this is the best prenatal if you want iron, DHA, and real 5-MTHF. I have searched high and low and this is the only brand that has everything without costing an arm and a leg. They taste like nothing, they have no after taste, and they don’t cause me to have an upset stomach. They do have 40mg iron which could be problematic for some people but it’s not a problem for me personally. Also note you have to take 3 per day, but again, it’s not a problem for me.

Being someone who has a methylation issue, this product is great. I’ve tried many other prenatal vitamins and I’d choose this over the others.

Methylated prenatal
I really appreciate that this prenatal uses methylated forms of key vitamins, which are easier for the body to convert and actually use. That said, it does run quite high in iron (which may cause constipation) and iodine (still safe, but on the higher side).On the other hand, it’s very low in DHA and calcium, both of which are crucial during pregnancy. You’ll likely need to supplement those separately to reach recommended levels.One other note: the vitamin A here is the preformed type, so if you already consume a lot of vitamin A in your diet, it’s worth being mindful of your overall intake.Overall, this is a solid option with some great features, but it may not be fully comprehensive without additional supplements.
