They’re crap. They’re thinner than they look and it bands up and rolls. The resistance levels are pretty meh as well

Two of five bands arrived sliced and unusable
I ordered these bands to perform physical therapy exercises at home. These are lightweight and portable. Since they are one continuous loop, they roll less than the tie bands the therapist provided. However, they have a serious flaw! Two of the five bands arrived damaged. They were sliced, as if they were cut by a box cutter. However, the cellophane sleeves in which they came were not damaged in any way, meaning the bands were damaged prior to being packed. This product has some serious quality control issues, and I would not recommend them. The only reason I gave them two stars is that the set of five was under five dollars at the time of purchase, and the remaining bands still work fine for my needs.
