Works Great!
I just started taking these daily. Im still in week 1, but so far Im loving the peppermint because they usually dont smell pleasant but this is great and no aftertaste. I like how it helps with gut health and bloating. The only thing is I think it’s a bit too pricey tho.

Just what I have been looking for my gut health.
This is the best supplement that I have ever taken. It has significantly helped my G.I. issues as well as improve my immune system. I would hands-down recommend this symbiotic plus supplement to everyone I know, especially if they are struggling with gut issues or issues in general and are looking for a great pre-pro and post biotic supplement. It’s one of the best around!

Protecting and supporting your gut health!
So good for my bell bell! First off I love the container. I wasn’t sure about the container until I fully read the container and looked up the container and what it uses were for and then I realized it’s a protective format to protect what’s inside and keep everything stabilized and secure for when you’re about to take this product. Which I think is amazing and innovative, most bottles or shipments that need some type of extra barrier protection, come with a little tiny, etc., to work out the moisture and keep it secure, but the whole bottle itself does that which is phenomenal very impressive. OK, let’s get to the actual Formulate inside the bottle. It is fantastic for your gut health issues or just general overall gut health improvement. So easy to take and use did not experience any side effects i.e. any major bloating or discomfort or pain which sometimes happens with some other brands or products this product is formulated for your body. It somehow knows to get in to your bloodstream and your intestines And give you that relief and comfort and support that you need. I definitely definitely recommend this product to anybody with good health issues or just wanting to improve your gut health balance all over it is a winner for sure!

Peppermint Flavored
It is peppermint flavored! This threw me off but I do not hate it. For myself, I feel a difference in the bloating and pains of my stomach overall. Yes, it is expensive but I would consider paying extra for a good product.

Be aware, may cause heightened anxiety
First off…the label is so hard to read that you can barely tell what strains are in the capsule. I see that now that the product listing does show the ‘Supplement Facts’ which is very helpful. Second, once I started this I did notice an increase in energy levels BUT….I had very high anxiety symptoms that started 48 hours after the first capsule. I endured 9 days of this. I did some research and found that certain strains can in fact increase anxiety. I haven’t taken a dose for 24 hours and I already feel much less anxiety. So, be aware of this…Deducted a star for poor label design. Can’t blame the ingredients. Again, I did have energy, but lousy anxiety, and no way to know that unless you take it and see how your body responds.

Great Supplement For Supporting Healthy Gut
Awesome 3 in 1 supplement if you suffer from any kind of frequent or occasional stomach/GI issues. The bottle is well made and its easy to get the lid on and off while still being secure and maintaining the freshness of the capsules. The capsules both taste and smell really good and minty, I was both surprised and pleased by this. The capsules start working fast to provide all sorts of relief once you take them, saw a huge improvement in my GERD symptoms and these are great to take if you’ve overeaten and given yourself an upset stomach, they work wonders for bloating. The only issue I have with the product is in the color choice for the font, its white and very hard for me to see on the light grey bottle, it made reading the product information and directions challenging at first, a darker font would definitely be easier to see and read.
