Amazing taste and great blending!
This protein mixes very well and doesn’t clump up at all. The texture and taste are great and there isn’t that gross aftertaste you get with other proteins. I particularly like this one because the protein doesn’t make me feel bloated or make me feel extremely full like some proteins. I initially mixed the protein with unsweetened coconut milk and didn’t get that wow factor of flavor but then I tried almond milk and bam there it was-the marshmallow flavor was in full effect. It’s pretty effective as far as the Protien content as you only need a medium scoop for 25g as opposed to two scoops which makes it more cost effective. I’ve been using it on a daily and feel great. It would be amazing if it had some more vitamins added but hey so far so great. The container can a little dented but I was cool with it since there seal was intact and the product wasn’t affected.

I’ve tried various protein powders and this was my first time trying anything from Ryse. I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn’t sure if this would be too sweet. I decided to give it a go after reading so many positive reviews.It did NOT disappoint! Even when you first open the tub, it smells soooo good! Weird, I know, but you’ll know what I mean when you open the tub! It blends so smoothly and has an excellent texture. The marshmallow taste is awesome! It’s not too sweet and the flavor is spot-on! I love to blend it with a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips and peanut butter. It’s a much healthier version of the PB, choco chip, and marshmallow sandwiches I used to make as a kid when my parents were at work, haha!This was delicious and super easy on the stomach. The calorie content is extremely reasonable, especially for a powder that tastes so good! I’ll be buying this again for sure!

PB&J for Bariatrics!
10000% delicious!!! I use a scoop of the Skippy protein powder in a 1/2 a cup of Greek yogurt, stir then stir in berries and graham cracker cereal (Catalina Crunch to be exact) and it is the absolute BEST treat in the world for this bariatric patient! Super delicious and satisfying. Blends easily in the yogurt and definitely tastes just like Skippy Peanut Butter (with the berries it tastes like PB&J). Love it!!

My favorite protein powder BY FAR. doesn’t taste weird. No chalky texture and doesn’t hurt my stomach being lactose intolerant. Im going to have to get more soon. The only thing I don’t like about it is adding it to my hot coffee, it does not mix well and turns into balls that don’t dissolve then they settle to the bottom. And if I use a straw and suck up one of the little balls I wanna gag. So I stick to adding it to my smoothies.

Perfect in Greek yogurt
Bariatric patient here. Added a scoop of cinnamon toast to plain Greek yogurt and it was Ahhhhhmazing. It blended really well and the taste was perfect. Just sweet enough not overly… highly recommend. You wouldn’t even know anything was added. Gives me my protein first thing without having to choke down another shake.

Cosmic Brownie Flavor = Out of This World Yummy
This was better than I could have imagined. It blended smoothly with no clumps or gritty texture with just water. I like my protein shakes to be a little on the thicker side and this turned out perfectly. The taste is out of this world. It even has the little candy crunch pieces like the real cosmic brownie. The best part is there wasn’t any of that 🤢 protein after taste. I will definitely be buying this flavor again and I’m excited to try the other flavors.
