LIFESAVING IMPROVEMENT
I’ve tried several other probiotics, but they all caused stomach discomfort. The Seed advertisements about this new formulation that releases below the stomach made sense, so although it’s a bit pricey, I decided to give this a try.I take the recommended 2 capsules per day. No problem for me to swallow these 2 capsules each morning, (but others may think otherwise.) There’s no taste, but I think these give me a bit of heartburn, until I take one Tums.I’m so impressed with the high tech design, having an outer shell of prebiotics that I guess dissolves in the stomach, and then the inner probiotic capsule is absorbed farther down.Within just 24 hours, I was so pleased with the remarkable improvement, and without the probiotic discomfort I’d experienced in the past !It took about a week for everything to settle down to “normalcy” (regularity and comfort). I did end up adding back in a daily serving of NOW raw psyllium husks to get everything working properly again.All-in-all, Seed has been significantly helpful, a huge improvement I am so glad to have found. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to eliminate the excessive packaging, and then drop the price 😉I’ve heard there are a number of other potential health benefits, but it’s hard to tell so far after 4 months of daily use.

Within a week, my digestion felt more regular and my stomach felt less bloated.That said, I did experience some nausea, digestive discomfort, and even a bit of tooth sensitivity in the first couple of weeks, especially when I jumped to the full dose too quickly. Taking it with water and waiting to eat helped, and the side effects slowly improved over time.Overall, it feels like a high‑quality gut health investment, but I’d suggest starting with one capsule a day to let your body adjust—it’s worth it if you can stick through the transition phase.

my favorite morning pill
This was recommended by my nutritionist and what a difference it makes. On it now about 7 months and I can’t live without it. I take 1 every morning before my breakfast. Now I have my family hooked on it. Give it a chance and immediate results should not be expected. Give it about 1 month. You start off by taking 1 for a few days until your body gets use to it. You will feel uncomfortable the first week, maybe gassy, cramping or diarrhea, but just stick to it. Your body is getting use to a good change. Then the bottle suggest to take 2 pills per morning on the 2nd week. But honestly, I only take 1 pill. Besides, it is costly so I am making it last as long as I can. Your system will thank you for it. A better gut leads to better health, immune and healing.

I don’t understand why this product does not have 5 star rating. I will definitely be getting a subscription. My wife and I have been taken Seed for 2 months individually and the results have been remarkable and it has only been a couple of months! For me my skin is become so smooth and soft I cant remember having skin like this except when I was a pre-teenager. If this is happening at just 2 months iI cant wait to see the results and all the other benefits that are to come after about 6 months. This product hands down is definitely worth it. Sorry others cannot take it but for me and my wife the results are extremely impressive and Seed now has customers for life!!!
