It works and it is worth it.
My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. He told me today that he and his wife both love the device and the heat, cold, and massage functions. In fact they demonstrated it for several people from their church and four of them took out their phones and placed orders for the device. He is ecstatic at the way it eases pain.

Akekekeee if ykyk , no but all jokes aside it’s a great product I love the heat setting it helps get the knots out of deep tissue which helps with relief. It’s huge and kind of heavy . But super easy to use with a great case for easy travel.

This thing is amazing. Love every setting of it. It works so well, and the battery lasts what seems like forever. Various attachments are awesome as well. The heating and cooling feature is only available to use with one attachment. But it works great and gets cold and also heats up nicely. Will help you with sore muscles for sure. Has very powerful settings.

Sharper image will not support technical problems unless purchsed from them. . Heat function faulty.
Please do not purchase this product on the Amazon site. If you do, Sharper Image will not support any technical issues you may have. The heat and cold function stopped working after 90 days. I loved the product until that point. Amazon will not do anything after 60 days. If I purchase this type of product again, I will purchase it from the products website.

Great overall, except for ball piece
The ball attachment is more of a styrofoam material, so it doesn’t slide as easily as preferred. All others work great.

Could not wait to open this. Took less than 30 minutes to charge right out of the box. Him: back pain. Me: lower back pain (*cough*Lady symptoms!) and neck tension. I get migraines. I know it says NOT to use it on your neck. There is literally a diagram in the booklet with an X through it. Just be careful people. Be smart. Seriously 🙂 He liked the warm settings. I LOVED the cool settings. Works just as described. Super easy to use. Kind of hard to hold on higher settings whoa! I used both hands on settings 4-6. Little guy packs a punch 🙂 i like the soft applicator. Looks like a flat door knob. I’m more of a gentle massage gal. All the thumbs up. Cheers to less aches and pains and less migraine meds!

UPDATE: I discovered soot or some other dirt on the contacts between the hot/cold head and the unit. Once I cleaned that off, it has been working like new. The overheat sensor must have been affected by the presence of the soot.I loved it for the first 2 months. then it started to shut off automatically after less than a minute. It is fully charged. I was travelling with for another month and found the problem got worse. No it stays on for a few seconds only!In the help info it mentions adjusting the auto-shutoff setting, but I don’t see such a button my massager. I’m sad that I can not replace it, because I loved it so much
