Size and flexibility make them perfect for so many things.
They are amazing. I had surgery on my shoulder and they worked so well to keep the swelling down. The white mesh covers were perfect for keeping the feel pack from being directly on my skin. I may order some more.

Good for small areas
Good product. Smaller than I expected, however the description said for wrists and headaches. It would be perfect for that. I had foot surgery. These were too small for that. Once I figured to put one pack on top of my foot and on the sole, I was a happy camper. They take a while to freeze and need to freeze flat or they will be a crunchy, folded mess. However, they stay cold forever!

These are perfect for icing sore muscles or bruises provided you don’t put them directly on your skin. We use a thin cloth wrap to hold them against wherever we hurt or ache and because these are made of gel they can conform to wherever you need to apply them. Buying them off Amazon is a tremendous savings from any big box stores.

Good enough, not lasting enough
Pros: includes sleeves to reduce sweating/condensation. Small enough it does not take a lot of space in the fridge and can be placed on smaller areas of the body needing treated.Cons: did not stay frozen/cold long enough to justify buying another set.

Good quality icepacks, but almost disposable sleeves
I needed to replace some ice packs that were starting to leak after about 15 years of regular use, these were much cheaper and yet were easily as good as the brand name pharmacy-chain ones. The only caveat with these is the sleeves they included for you to put these in are very cheap and basically disposable. However, if you have some blue-cloth sleeves from a previous set from say a national three-letter pharmacy company, these will fit in those sleeves just as well. The plastic used for the icepacks themselves feel thick and I expect them to last a long time.

It works pretty good, I use it to go to sleep actually cause it’s hot where I live. Bought without their mesh thing and I just use a thin towel to wrap it (as it does condense on the outside) and sleep on it as my pillowLife changer

I received this Gel Pack promptly and it’s working as advertised. I keep it in the freezer and are using for my Tennis Elbow. Layer of fabric insulates skin from freezing. Stays cold long enough to relieve the inflammation. Wrap is elasticized with Velcro attachment at the end to keep it in place. Stays snug and does not ride down while wearing.I highly recommend this product!

I broke my ankle and got this one first. It was great but I needed more because the nerve damage went from upper ankle to all down my foot. I went with the other strap ice packs this company offers that comes in a two pack so now I have three but I prefer the quality of the two pack as they are slightly different. The upside of this particular model is that it comes with a fabric cover that has straps attached and the (included) ice pack inserts into it, as opposed to the others that have the straps attached right to the ice pack itself and no fabric covers. I guess it depends what you are looking for but I don’t regret buying all three and regardless of which you go with, the straps are a brilliant addition for injuries.

Light weight I can wear it around the house. It is a bit itchy and hard to use one handed but otherwise a good purchase.

It’s confortable, flexible, helps me with my migraines and inflammation, just the good temperature, and stay cold SO much more longuer than magic bags !!! I can do all my back, my shoulders and I’m no press by the time.
