Works wonders
I swear by this product. I have at least one day each cycle that I am completely down for the count. This herbal blend makes a huge difference. I try to keep track of my schedule and begin taking it about three days before I start. Huge help!!Since I only take it for about 6-8 days each month a bottle last for a few months.

I’m in my mid 30s and my cycles are not the same as in my 20s. I have heavy cramping and mood swings now which I would like to have some relief from. I took note to take this a week before my period and OH MY! They smell vile. But, I decided that the ingredients seem to be good for what I need, so I took it as directed (during my PMS cycle and then during my period). The whole PMS week, I was much less irritable, didn’t have an urge to eat a whole store and my cramping during the period was barely felt (which normally I’m very much hurting). This bottle will likely last me 3 cycles total so I hope this improvement lasts!

GREAT for balance/regulation of hormones
Really good for regulating periods, (PMS one). The perimenopausal one is really good for not having hot flashes, and regulation also. been using for a year. GREAT stuff. I use it for all my girls at all the stages. Tastes fine, texture is fine. value is good. But none of that matters if the product works, and it does.

High quality, fresh, from a well known brand
As with all supplements, you never really know what you’re getting. What I can say for certain is this is a quality product from a well known brand. The bottled was securely sealed and the pills smelled very fresh. These pills are made in a GMP certified facility and tested in the USA, which are musts for me. The pills are easy to swallow with smooth gel caps. You need to take 1 pill daily, so this bottle will last 24 days. Time will tell to see if these work, but definitely worth a shot. With so many brands of supplements out there, it is hard to know what to buy. I can confidently say that the Solaray brand is a brand you can trust.

It’s great that it’s vegan and lab verified, and the inclusion of natural ingredients is promising. However, I couldn’t really tell if it worked or not – i took it for a week during my period. It did not have any effect on my energy or sleepiness levels. I do feel that i had less discomfort but wouldn’t be able to tell with certainty that its due to the supplement.
