I can’t tell that I’ve noticed any difference. But I have been using soldar vitamins for a long time and I do like them. I like the fact that they are kosher.

Reliable, quality product with good research establishing its benefits
There’s a lot of scamming in supplement and vitamin land. It’s hard to find a consistently high-quality company –this is one of them. Every product I’ve had from this company is high quality. That’s critical because it’s not a very well-regulated industry and where the product is sourced matters. It’s not enough that it is technically the same substance for me it has to be the naturally occurring bioavailable, and i applicable, contain co-ingrediants to make it effective. Solgar, and a few other companies, are on top of this and reliable. In particular if you are trying to, as I was, follow studies to offset NSAID cardio risk with L-Arginine you need it to be reliable. It’s pricier but I’d rather not take it than take something inferior, maybe ineffective, maybe harmful, which would defeat the purpose. If you are going to use this product, you might want to consider Ornithine as well as they have beneficial effects in concert. I’ve changed too many factors in my diet/lifestyle to isolate this one with certainty as responsible for my noticeably stronger, more intense workouts with a much shorter recovery time post lifting or aerobic like swimming or running but it does seem to help. Anyway, if you take a lot of NSAIDS do the research and I think you’ll see what I saw fairly definitively. And if so, Solgar is a good way to go.

I found the supplements produced by Solgar, including L-Arginine to be of a good quality
I purchase this L-Arginine for my friend in Ukraine on the recommendation of a doctor. The issue with supplements in that region is their prevalence of being counterfeit and unreliable. I trust Solgar’s L-Arginine as it is of good quality, though it tends to be pricey. Unfortunately, the 1000 mg version of these pills is no longer available, which led me to buy twice as many bottles, inevitably impacting the overall cost.

I used this to prevent blood clots from COVID-19
When I had COVID-19, I saw on a COVID-19 Facebook group someone mentioning L-Arginine. When I researched it on what it could be used for – nitric oxide production which helps the blood vessels endothelial cells so that the vessels are smoother and less prone to clotting, I bought it to reduce the micro-clots that my doctor thought could be forming in my lungs and decrease the risk of clotting. I did this supplement and one or two aspirins a day to thin my blood, along with drinking tons of water and making sure I walked to keep my blood moving and circulating. When my COVID-19 was active, I took two pills a day spaced out, then went to 1 pill for months while I was still having symptoms.** I am not a medical professional and this is not medical advice. Use as directed. 1 pill 6 times a day. I also take beet powder mixed in water and drink homemade beet juice. I started these pills after using the second 2 products and I feel a big pump all day. Definitely dilates my blood.
