A product that you will feel the result if you read this review.
I just started taking BCAA and read some reviews and notices some problems with disinformation. ALL MEDICATION IS TAKEN ACCORDING TO WEIGTH and perceived symptoms or lack their of. Start low 1 pill on full stomach then fine your tipping point or you might experience stomach problems. Example if over 200 or their a-bouts take 1 to start with meals (another key for start-up). Two is observation see how the body responds. Third If you decide to increase consider the amount of meat you or eating or the veggies etc. THIS IS A KEY in determining the amount you take. Questions to ask how ya feel during the day plot it. Now go out and don’t be stupid. I will follow my own advice and report back in 2 to 3 weeks May 19/13 post. Work up to 3 per day but ONLY WITH MEALS as the time release theory works gently.UPDATE. More than happy with Amazon and this product.WOW! BAM! POP! Yes another Baby-Boomer. This is great stuff. Just retired and a gym-bum my workouts took on a new level of pain and recovery that kept me out of the gym for a week, now 2 days. This does not include cardio. While I addressed my Amino’s thought food I discovered this supplement combination the best product combination. BCAA & L-Arginine/L-Citrulline is a great combo. Go easy on the start up of this product it is strong stuff. This combination cut my recovery time in half and eased my NERVE pain as well as the muscle tissue. The L-Arginine/L-Citrulline is a vaso-dilator so it this helps with all heart & vascular problems, plaque build up, etc. Yes from ED to eye health I believe these Amino’s are a must have for everyone. BE SURE TO START SLOWLY & READ up on your medical problems and how this will effect you before you start this product. GET INVOLVED IN YOU HEALTH AND USE THE PHYSICIAN AS A CONSULT. They will drug you to death.For EVERYONE over 50 with vascular problems (everyone has vascular problems) I recommend you take & research Aged Garlic Extract, Hawthorn, Bilberry, Seabuckthorn & Cayenne. Combined with the above they will reverse the disease proceed. You have not head this from a physician because they do not know and don’t want you to know.

I am being treated for some issues that involve a prescription treatment, but also some highly recommended OTC supplements by the physician I see for this condition. She did NOT recommend this specific product, but in my research about the condition, it appeared this may also help along with the other things she has recommended.My results overall have been highly appreciated since I began treatment almost 8 months ago. The problem with rating this product is that I don’t know which of several things is having a positive effect, and I’ve been unwilling to stop taking one at a time to try to eliminate any that aren’t working. And it may be that it’s the combination with the other supplements (and prescription treatment). Suffice it to be said that the combination of everything, including this product, is having a very positive effect on this over-70 male (enough said LOL!).And my physician approved of this product when I asked her before ordering it. She was aware of some of the research backing it, but had not had any specific experience with this product, however.Based on overall results (which I’d consider 5-star overall if reviewed), I can’t single out this one product because it’s part of a whole treatment regimen. But based on research on the ingredients with problems often associated with older males (not just E.D.), along with the combined results that have improved since I added this and one other supplement to my daily mix, I have to give it at least a 4-star rating. It’s well worth trying if you need it but don’t want to take any more prescription medications than necessary (including that “little blue pill”).

Good product for improved performance
I’ve been using this L-Arginine and L-Citrulline supplement for a while, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. Huge pill
As others have pointed out, the pill is huge, but I wanted to comment about a surprising reality: it’s actually relatively easy to swallow. I take a chelated magnesium pill that’s also oblong and smaller than this pill, but is actually much harder to swallow. The tapering of this tablet is, I think, what makes it go down easier. As for the product’s performance: it’s very effective. No big surprise there. Source Naturals isn’t the cheapest brand but they’re among the best and you get what you pay for. To conclude, I highly recommend these.

Hard pressed tablets, not capsules
These are larger hard to swallow hard-pressed tablets, just be mindful that absorption is not the same as caplets that contain uncompressed powder.
