Doesn’t taste green
I need more green in my diet. Spiralina is supposed to be one of the most rich green foods, better than kale or spinach so I’d give it a try. My stomach is sensitive though. Spinach salad doesn’t digest well. I also can’t stand ” green” taste. Green tea= gross!. So a green superfood type milkshake is out of question. BUT the enter this Spiralina. Pill form and to my surprise no aftertaste, no upset stomach. Clear see-through capsule filled with beautiful dark green powder.
