An easy to swallow supplement but not sure it works
I’m just going to say that I truly have no idea if this product works or not. I did take it and I did follow the directions but I haven’t noticed any changes or reactions…negative or positive. I’m giving it a pass though because I’m a little different than what they suggest using it for. I had a hysterectomy a year ago and it has made my hormones crazy. I still have ovaries so I still produce hormones but my hormones have still been a wreck.I saw that these help in stabilizing hormones or balancing them but I haven’t noticed a difference that’s why I’m giving it a pass because it might not work as well on me because of the hysterectomy. I think if you have a female reproductive system issue then as long as you check with your doctor about supplements then why not try them?

This supplement is making a difference for me.
I have struggled all my life with “ female issuses” my entire life. I am thankfully past that now and my target is to get past the side efferent of cookie cutter treatment for my insulin resistance and weight issues. Helps with PCOS!
I got this product to help me with my PCOS. I do not have a regular period, and if I don’t take Provera then I just won’t get a period. I have heard so many good things about this product. May people have said that it has made their periods return! I haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it will do the same for me. But this supplement is easy to swallow and does not taste bad at all. I also like that I don’t have to take unnecessary medications if these supplements work. I will also say that I was surprised that it was made in Florida. I will update my review if this product does not work for me. But I do recommend giving it a try, everybody’s bodies are different.

Didn’t work for me but could for others
I took this until the bottle ran out and never saw any changes. I suffer with pcos so it could take more than just this medicine to solve my issues, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t work for others. All bodies are different and no one answer will solve everyone’s problems.

I’m using inositol to manage a health condition unrelated to fertility, so you may wish to look elsewhere for commentary on that.Supplements are a tricky field, and I never like to attest that they do or don’t perform in any particular capacity. This makes reviews tricky. I can tell you that these are flavorless and odorless capsules which are easy to swallow, and the even keel I expect from a good inositol preparation is absolutely here without unexpected side effects.I am concerned about the vendor’s emphasis on weight loss over general health in their marketing materials, so be aware if you go looking for their other products that you’ll encounter that mindset. If you don’t feel comfortable with that emphasis in the companies you deal with, keep that in mind when purchasing. They do not appear to market this specific product with the goal in mind. I have not personally experienced weight loss from inositol products.There are many companies offering 40:1 myo/chiro blends, with or without standardized proprietary d-chiro preparations, and if this brand resonates with you, consider the product.

Works for PCOS
The label directs the user to ingest two capsules once daily. I had to take 2 capsules twice daily to notice reduced symptoms of my PCOS (unwanted facial hair, sugar cravings, weight loss, etc.). Not sure about the product’s impact on fertility issues, but it does seem to work as well has other premium brands. I give it 4/5 stars because it is more expensive than competitors because of the need to double the dose to meet industry standards. Also, the tablets smell like vinegar.

An Important Nutrient For Fertility and Sleep
I recently added inositol to my supplement list, and my girlfriend has done the same. I heard it mentioned on a podcast that if you wake up in the night in the middle of the night and have trouble falling asleep after that, inositol might help. I had taken inositol off-and-on in the past, so I thought, “why not?”It has seemed to help a lot. I take 1000 mg or so before bed, and I can definitely say that it is making a difference. My girlfriend has experienced the same thing.Inositol is a sugar alcohol that was once considered a b-vitamin. It’s not a vitamin, but it does seem to be beneficial, for sleep and female fertility issues. In higher doses, it has been shown to help with depression.This seems like a good inositol supplement, and the company claims third-party testing.

Fine inositol supplement. Only 1/2 of effective dosage.
I found inositol to be extremely helpful in eliminating cramping and other PMS symptoms in my first month of taking it, but I was taking 4000mg myo-inositol, and 200mg D-chiro inositol (half in the morning, half in the evening), so I am doubling up on the recommended dose according to this product. It has no taste and the pills aren’t too massive, so it’s not too bad
