A highly effective version of a myoinositol, in convenient, on-the-go packaging
This brand is super high quality and legit. I first used Theralogix’s OvaVite Preconception prenatal kit a few years back after reading It Starts with the Egg, to help improve the quality of my eggs when my husband and I were trying to conceive our last baby in our 30’s. I was excited to give this particular product a try and experience a quality myo-inositol supplement. This is only a 7-day starter kit, but it’s enough to help folks determine if they it’s worth investing in the full supply. It’s also great to get as a supplement to the full version to have convenient, on-the-go versions that travel well.–Taste: It really doesn’t have much of a taste, and it does mix easily. If I had to describe it, I’d say there is a very very slightly sweetness and a slight medicinal feel, but that was having it with water and the taste was really only quite slight. If you mix it in something else like tea or juice, I doubt you’ll notice it’s even in there.–Effectiveness: I’m no stranger to myo-inositol and have been taking it off and on for years. This version is the top of the top. I notice positive changes within days, including more libido and more moisture (I’m still breastfeeding, so some dryness can be a bit of an issue right now).–I’m hoping to see other positive changes like helping with my hair shedding. Since having my son in my 30’s, I’ve experienced some major hair shedding in a way I didn’t when I became a mother in my early 20’s. My dermatologist actually recommended a good myoinositol supplement in addition to incorporating minoxidil.–This is on a pricier side of myoinositol powers/ capsules, but you get what you pay for. I can tell a difference using most myoinositols, but can legit tell a major difference with this specific brand — it feels more effective than most other brands I’ve tried.–Energy levels — I’ve not noticed a change in energy levels like so do, but maybe with more time.–Cycle: I’ve noticed positive changes since incorporating this, in my cycle regularity and with moodiness and bloating. Please note I did end up getting the full-size container so have taken it longer than the 7-day trial.

Good reputable brand. This is a starter kit to see if you like it. It’s a powder that you mix to drink. It doesn’t taste bad. I didn’t see any immediate results but it’s a good kit to try before committing to more. Plus I got to make sure I like the taste of it.

I’ve been looking into Inositol products for a while and Theralogix is one of the better companies that I’ve found. They get their supplements tested by a third party laboratory that is approved by NSF International. A lot of companies claim that they get all sorts of testing but they won’t disclose the results to customers, which is a huge red flag. Theralogix, however, makes the full results of the lab tests available to customers upon request via email. Their customer service response time is excellent, too.This starter kit comes with 14 packets that contain 2,000mg of myo-inositol and 50mg of d-choro-inositol, for a ratio of 40:1. All the research I’ve read through says that this is the ratio that the female body naturally tries to maintain, and it’s the perfect amount for one serving. I take one packet a day, not two, as I’m still looking into what amount would be most beneficial to me personally. The powder is naturally lightly sweet and dissolves quickly in any liquid. I’ve had zero side effects from it and can take it at any time of day or night without a problem. I know that it takes time to see good results from this particular supplement, but I’m definitely not seeing any negative effects.Theralogix is doing exactly what a trustworthy supplement company should and they’ve made a new customer in me.

Inositol Powder Supplement
This is the best inositol powder on the market. This was recommended to me by my dietitian to help cure my PCOS symptoms. This specific starter is perfect. If you are just looking to try the supplement and adding it to your routine before committing to the price of purchasing the full-size product I will say that it takes about three months or so to start noticing results so the seven day started kit is ideal just to see if you have any initial side effects or if you see yourself today in consistent using this product, you would have to purchase the full size to continue seeing results though there is no funny taste. This is easily dissolved in any liquid and these individual packets make it super easy to take on the go overall, I would highly recommend this product since this brand is very heavily researched and is very credible.

Inositol in a travel-ready format
I have used Theralogix Ovasitol in the past, and found it very helpful not only for its stated purpose — hormonal health — but also the other benefits of inositol including stress management and sleep regulation. Although you can buy inositol for far less, Theralogix sets the standard for quality and testing.I ordered this starter set because I had travel coming up and appreciated the convenience of the individual packets. Normally, I avoid single serving packaging as wasteful, but traveling with powder is a major hassle. So I can recommend this kit for anyone in a similar situation. As a starter kit, this product will only demonstrate whether or not the product causes any side effects — it does for some people. To see results with inositol, it needs to be taken regularly over many months.
