Recently started taking it – as I am in my postpartum phase I was struggling with reducing my belly area and found this can be helpful with reducing the stress hormone that makes you retain weight in your gut. so far, I have seen slow and steady restyle in the last 2 wks – dropping 2 lbs and an inch or so – I will say this is coupled with 3-5 Days of workouts and a cleanish diet.quality is good and my sleep quality has improved a lot

One study of shoden showed a 66-67% reduction in cortisol, both at 60 and 120 mg, after weeks of daily use.Pretty sure it reduces cortisol within the first few days though. The doom and dread I used to wake up with mostly disappeared within 2-3 days of taking it at night.No side effects, besides feeling more tired if I don’t sleep well, ie it has unmasked the fatigue my high cortisol was masking after poor sleep

Relieves stress and helps with falling asleep.
I’m just not sure about this product yet. It helps me with sleep by making me tired so I have to take it at night, which kind of defeats the purpose as I want to relieve stress during the day. Regardless it does have some effect. I’m just not sure its the right product for me. I get tired easily. Overall its probably a good product to have if you aren’t prone to getting tired easily during the day.
