Salty, but replenishing
Quite salty, but definitely replenishing. I use this electrolyte during and after exercise (spin class, mountain hiking) and it works well.

Keep Yourself Hydrated
When water just isn’t enough, try these Daily Electrolytes that are sugar-free, and use pink salt. This is great for post exercise, if you’re feeling dehydrated, or when feeling unwell. The watermelon flavor is very nice as it is not too strong or too sweet. The individual packets are convenient as no measuring is required or the packets can easily be taken with you. Overall, the quality ingredients are a good value for your money.

Watermelon Flavor is best
Super sweet, but I love the flavor. I “dry scoop it” meaning I just take a swig of water and then pour the packet in my mouth and swallow it. I’m not one to sip

Too sweet, can’t return
I bought the blood orange and mango limeaid flavors—both taste like they were sweetened by a unicorn on a sugar high. Why does every electrolyte drink have to taste like liquid candy? I just want the actual flavor you’re advertising, not a stevia smoothie! And of course, you can’t return them, which makes it even more annoying. At this point, I should look into making my own electrolyte mix that actually tastes tangy—you know, like blood orange and mango limeaid are supposed to!

Great tasting Electrolyte
Great find. Best electrolyte out there hands down! Try w 20oz bottle for less sweetness, on a 16oz it is a bit too sweet, but the taste is great, the flavors feels natural, my new favorite!!!!

Fantastic, but be weary of the mango limeade
Would be 4 stars but I can’t drink the mango limeade. It gives my stomach nasty cramps.I love the watermelon flavor. It’s easy to mix, tastes great without tasting very sugary.I use many Thorne products so I only need the electrolytes when I’m sweating in the yard. I have noticed less muscle cramps, better water retention.A little pricy, but if you don’t use it every day, it’s very beneficial!

Updating review following impeccable customer service.I was not a fan of the electrolytes (personally these have a very powdery/sugary & salty taste), but once writing to Thorne’s distributor, they resolve the issue based on my feedback. I have ordered other products from Thorne, and so far am quite happy. The customer support and instant feedback made a huge difference, and reinstated my confidence in the brand.
