I didn’t believe it – but these just WORK!
I tend to be super skeptical about many products. It’s not that I find they don’t work I just usually find a lot of exaggeration with regards to efficacy. I shifted careers and moved across the country about this time last year and to say I’ve been stressed is an understatement of mammoth proportions. Not all stress is bad – but it is stress. I’ve tried so many things from gentle yoga to CBD products and to (legal in CA) even the big C…they all work to some degree but the effects seem a bit related to time and place. I feel good after yoga for a few hours — ditto the CBD type tinctures (use a mix of CBD and THC) and so on.Enter these pills. I actually saw the workout energizer product first and decided to give these a try. While I really like the powder stuff these capsules have wow’ed me on a whole different level. I am a long distance runner and am pretty sure I’m entering into menopause. I do strength training and yoga and meditate. These capsules have done more to regulate my mood and energy than anything else I’ve done over the past year. The difference is marked and noticeable even to colleagues. I feel more even, less prone to anxiety and over thinking problems and challenges, more secure in my life. Don’t get me wrong the stress isn’t gone but it feels like my body is handling it better. That is worth its weight in gold. I just came on amazon to set up the subscribe and save and I have already sent a container to my daughter in college as she suffers from anxiety and i think these are going to help a ton.I’m not related to this company – in fact until I came on amazon I’d never heard of them. I mostly use Vega and BeachBody products at this point. So everything was new to me. I’m going to try the rest of their line – I’m so excited to have found another company that I sync with so well and whose products work excellently!

Noticeable boost in energy after just one dose
I received these yesterday and took two with my coffee around 8:30 am this morning. At first I thought I brewed the coffee too strong, but now at noon I have a smooth, calm and happy energy. This is just one dose. And this is after resigning myself to the constant fatigue and brain fog of perimenopause. I think these will help me reduce my antidepressant dose. But we’ll see how things go the rest of the month. I’m hoping the good effects will continue and I’ll put this stuff on auto ship.

Product is nice, subtle results but there for sure. Great for fatigue and stress as far as daily maintenance in a supplement.

Ladies this will help balance out your hormones!!
I’m in my early 40’s and just beginning to feel some of the effects of natural hormone fluctuations. I came across this brand and product looking for something to “take the edge off” and decided to give it a try. I like the clean ingredients and noticed a “mellow” feeling after taking it once and decided to keep taking it. It has evened out my hormonal ups and downs so much that I even recommended it to two female friends who are also hooked now too! I would say this product helps me with balancing my mood, keeping my energy stable and alleviates my brain fog helping me to stay more focused. All in all this is a fantastic product and company and I’d recommend this to any woman dealing with hormone imbalances!

Great product and honest company
You read all this hype about mushrooms and how they improve all these things and I cannot say with certainty that they do everything listed on the comments. What I do know is that this stuff is part of my routine and I feel energized, focused and motivated. I cannot say if it’s the placebo effect or actually based in science and nutrition but I do not need coffee or caffeine supplements to get the same level of focus and remain attentive. The best part, I’m not jittery and can sleep soundly at night. I say, cut coffee for 3 days trying this as a supplement and you might not find yourself going back to coffee again and you’ll have better sleep with the same energy and focus. Quality product and quality company. Thank you truwild! 🙏🏻

Helps me sleep & Hashimotos
I can’t say they give me extra energy, but I do believe they help calm me. I take one at night before bedtime and it helps me fall asleep. When I don’t take one, my mind has more racing thoughts and it takes me a longer to fall asleep. I also have Hashimotos and I believe this product helps improve my hair growth. It might be the ashwagandha in it. I appreciate the ashwagandha is not a super high strength because that works against my Hashimotos. This product has the “just right” amount when I only take 1 capsule/day. Btw, the capsules have a tendency to “stick” in my throat as I swallow and leaves behind that feeling of still being in my throat, so I learned to swish it around with water in my mouth before swallowing.
